The worst service of all, half an hour to bring you a water and they didn't even bring us all the drinks, they never brought us napkins even though we asked for them, just like dessert they never brought it and the manager hid from us even though we saw her, she didn't want to go out. talk to us and send a waiter.Something extra, the hot place did not have good ACI would never return to this place

for the first time in years i had to leave a $0 tip. we are regulars here come in and sit at the bar, but tonight we brought two of our kids with us so we didn't sit at the bar.we sat at our table and we were notified that we had to pre pay for our meals because we might eat and take off. we were forced to use our phones and the QR code to order and it was a mess adding drinks and even adding a side of fries. we were told about getting a server but she wont be helping with placing our order. it was a horrible experience. the funny thing was that the other tables were able to order and get a tab going and pay at the end. i even offed the girl my ID and Bank Card for her to keep.

Came by here tonight with some friends. Took over 13 minutes to get set with no one waiting. We finally sat and no one came by to serve us. Door guy came and demanded for us to order using the code and we weren't getting no server service. After few the girl server came and mentioned that the manger has wanted our table to order using the qr code and pay upfront for our food. We asked the surrounding tables of they had to do the same and they said no. We were dresses with shorts and sandals came after the gym and they thought we werw going to eat and run. Horrible service won't be coming here anytime soon

Party of 6 we walked in Tuesday night. Restaurant is pretty much empty. They front guy wanted to sit us by the bathroom and I said no sorry we would like to sit on the other side and his mood changed.So we sit on the other side on high top chairs. We were told we MUST order through the code because they have people like US ordering and leaving without pay. We had to sit there and take over 15 minutes to order through the QR code and we even offered to pay up front. I am not sure what they thought of us.

I've only been to this location twice. Servers are in no hurry. Fries are barely bath water warm. Tonight I waited over 10 minutes for a drink. Never got it. Watched server casually chatting with other tables while I'm waiting for my drink. I wonder if he even put my order in. Got up & left.

Bad service even by the manager. Worst wild wings ever. Long time waiting for table and food, very bad attitude when we requested the menu, plus the waitress refused to speak Spanish when it was clear she was able to.After that, we went to explain the situation to the manager who was clearly doing the waitress's job (since he hired the wrong personal) and he was completely unbothered by the terrible service.

Wow horrible experience. We had to chase down the wait staff to get our food after waiting forever after ordering. Food came out, but no silverware, drinks, or anything for 45 minutes. By the time they got around to bringing drinks and silverware the food was cold.Avoid — we were told that there were “miscommunication issues”

Sat outside and there were no servers, silverware and it was dirty. Drinks didn’t come out for 30 minutes. Food once it came out was cold.

usually the service is great, however yesterday i went in and was helped by this heavy set girl w/ short dark hair & glasses in a grey shirt. she was rude & the soda she gave me was flat as heck. she gets 0/10 but everyone else is great. food is great!

Terrible service during big event. You have to order on your phone, you get no confirmation, we say around waiting for food for over an hour that never came. People were able to order drinks at the bar and get them immediately while tables were ignored. They didn’t have enough staff to handle a large event crowd.

Incredibly understaffed. Waited an hour after being seated without even getting a beer. Bdubs corporate needs to get these servers some more help.

Expect to wait 30 minutes te be attended and another 30 until you sit down to order! Waiting 2hrs tops to eat is crazy I would recommend walking a bit more to yard house!!

I only give one star because i had to. This location is going down as hill , service the hospital ever they look at you no one comes and say anything for 15 minutes you don’t even know who is your server we just keep watching them gather in corner’s talking and laughing n see we looking wondering who is the server are we getting anything at all and nothing. Just a very bad experience we tried multiple times to give chances and honestly not worth the moneyWill never go back
