We have tried this location a couple times. The soda machine is always flat with no flavor choices and no ice. The food is not the best either. We will go to other locations from now on. It’s really sad because the food isn’t bad but who wants a flat warm

This used to be my most favorite restaurant. I need to wait for a year on business and I came back today what happened it is the saddest excuse for customer service I mean I do not think any of them have had any idea how to treat people. The manager I guess the two was just kept screaming everybody to do something and she didn't let me because I couldn't use the restroom because oh no I have my bag from the airport. Because they didn't know what I was going to do with my bag in the bathroom I'm seriously boycotting pretty much every Burger King now I run a retail store in the valley and I would fire every single person that work there today.

Besides the nice woman doing everything, the rest of the staff ignored and avoided us. They weren't competent enough to make an order of pre-made frys they just hid in the back.

This Burger King is horrible. I've been sitting on the drive thru for bout 10 minutes now. Just sitting here staring at angry chicken next door wishing I went there instead. Hahhaha allI wanted was a large fry.

Fries were soggy and cold, onion rings, rings tasted like grease. Very dissatisfied.

Food wasn’t bad, been here multiple times since it’s the only one I usually always go to. But the two wraps I got; one was bigger than the other, the smaller wrap had a very small piece of chicken so it was mainly tortilla. It was after 7 so it shldnt have been bad service or anything but I could be wrong.

Great customer service. Every location should be like this. I went to 2 other locations before this and was treated poorly. I pulled up here, they took my order right away and thanked me. They complimented my vehicle and my tattoos. Made me feel valued, unlike 35th and 28th location. I'll be back for sure! Thanks to the staff for being so nice. That goes alot further than people think nowadays in this city. Great experience!
