As an electrical contractor, I had a customer who needed help this evening, there without power because we couldn’t enter the main gate @ the Storage unit to get our equipment and supplies, the read out on the screen “Access denied” open @ 8am, Not a happy renter.

The new management is awesome ! They have cleaned up the facility so it doesnt look like a junk yard and the AC actually works near my unit now ! They are always so nice to speak with! Im not longer considering moving my belongings to a different facility !

We have done business with this location and have had alot of problems. Our First travel trailer was broken in to multiple times and merchandise stolen. We never received a call from the office. When we got there they had us move out trailer to a new location. But had to wait for a few hours because there was a broken down vehicle in front of our spot. Then New management took over and we thaought things would be better. Our travel trailer had some miss haps also. Our tanks were stolen. Then we bought a 2025 Travel trailer and we were called this tme to let us know that our window had been broken. I wished we could find a new location close to our house.

MY RV WAS STOLEN. This place is really bad. I was a tenant since 2018-2019 till today 7/23/2024. I loved this place before but not anymore I DO NOT recommend it to anyone. This place is full of homeless people walking around and living in RVs . Our RV was stolen on Memorial Day weekend by “ unknown “ RV was stolen early morning. People who stole it punched in a code got in with a u-haul truck and stole the RV . When video images where reviewed with the police, it shows that the 2 cameras placed directly on top of our RV we’re not working and the “IT” was not able to find out what code it was used. SHADY. I asked the managers to send me my current contract they sent me a contract they completed without my signature because they MISS FILED MY ORIGINAL CONTRACT. Till today they still didn’t fix the cameras and IT couldn’t figure out what code it was used to get into the storage and stole the RV and my original contract is not found. This place is shady and full of homeless people getting in and out walking and on their bikes. This place is NOT SECURE AT ALL. This place is NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. 7/23/2024

My Girlfreind & son Daniel Anderson have had a storage unit at Cactus Storage for about four years. The management team Kami & Greg are fantastic people. Very friendly and extremely professional. This one star is not about the storage. Greg worked for hours to put up Christmas lights & decorations outside & in the Office. They were beautiful you couldn’t help but look at the decorations when you went by. Made Cactus Storage stand out above all Storage units. Would think it would bring customers to this storage business. I stop by to pay the bill and they were taking down all the decorations & lights. I ask what happen and the gentleman outside taking down the lights ( not Greg) told me that the General Manager made them take down the decorations & lights because the General manager said the Owner wants the decorations taken down because he want it plain. (No decorations) this is hard for me to understand. Last year there where decorations and there was know problem. What different this year? Away this is Just my opinion. No reflection on the management team Kami & Greg or the storage business. Would recommend this Storage business to everyone. Just a shame after all the hard work and Beautiful display to be taken down.
