Carniceria Uruapan is known for the best gorditas de chicharron and menudo in Arizona. It offers delicious food, including carnitas, tripas, salsas, guacamole, and fresh veggies. Employees are very nice, especially those who have been working there for a long time. The salsa bar has a decent selection, though the salsa by weight can be overpriced. Staff and cashier could be friendlier, but overall customer service is great. They often come for the authentic Uruapan carnitas and to get all that they need for Thanksgiving at the last minute.
Food is delicious!! The staff is great!! Thevmenudo is awesome! The caldo de res is flavorful! Prices are reasonable!

This Carniceria has the best gorditas de chicharron and menudo in all Arizona. I've eaten gorditas from other places and nope no match. They have all sorts of delicious food and the employees are very nice. Specifically the ones that been working there for a long time.
