I would never rent from Central Self Storage again. I was there for over 5 years. And got poor customer service. The moving company they gave out their number to you to use, they stole a couple of boxes from me. Worth over $3000. But just a couple of weeks, they had their locker on my unit. I paid my rent, called them to take the lock off. No return call. Next week I was there with my movers. Called them, no one to this day, no one has called me back. I am out over $700, gas and time. There reply, we don't reimburse anyone. It was their fault and they aren't paying me anything or calling me back. Please do not rent a storage unit from them. Go somewhere else.

I will say this is a not-so-good area, but the property manager Shawna is extremely nice. She brought us some cold water bottles which was very thoughtful. My son got a 10×20 unit which was easy to get to and drove right up to it. It was a fast move-in. No issues so far. Thanks for all your help Shawna with my son and for making this move a little less painful for him. We give you 5 stars 6 if we could...Sam

If your late on a payment they have excessive fees not just a late penalty they charge to cut your lock to inventory your things , a new lock, pictures, auction set up fees , canceling fees, two months cost 429.00 because of fees instead of 320.

NEVER rent from this property. They let anybody go up to your unit and take whatever they want out of it.

Horrible customer service, rented the unit online, went to the facility and no one was there, note on the door states "closed due to staffing shortage" I called customer service, was on for over an hour and they indicated an error in my email. Sent an email to what they said I submitted, but it was rejected. I was promised a call back from a supervisor. 5 days later, I sent emails, chats, and calls and showed up at the facility to get this resolved. No one is there regularly. I have called again, and now they say rent is due but I have not received by unit number or access to the unit. I have asked now on three occasions to have this entire transaction canceled and still can not get a callback or any response. Central storage does not care about customer service. Now I am waiting for Will Redden, supervisor to return my call. This will be yet another attempt to cancel this entire process. I have been a U-Haul customer for years, now I know why they charge more it is for employees and leadership that care about each customer big or small. Now I have to report the charges as a fraud because they have not upheld their agreement. I would caution anyone dealing with this facility or company. If they want to compete then having an escalation process for resolving customers' complaints is the first place they should start. The second is to ensure that the facility has onsite representatives.

This place is not what they advertise. They do not have climate control storages. Their A/C units do not work and haven't worked for the last five months. They state they are getting bids but it won't be fixed until three to four months. What a coincidence, that's going to be around the winter time. Customer service is horrible and their staff are underpaid and overworked.

The office manager is Luhkisha and she is EXTREMELY pleasant and helpful. My experience was wonderful and their pricing is alot better than P.S.Thank you

This place is a joke. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of someone, let alone cancel your month to month and leave. Access us limited, no air in storage units, and my door wouldn't open or close properly. It would always get stuck and I asked multiple times for it to be repaired. No real walls between units so a stack of my boxes got knocked over due to the people next to me and I lost valuable items. Pipe leaking outside of my unit had rust all over it and dripping into the floor. This is not a temperature controlled facility despite being told that it is and some valuables were damaged. Rent kept increasing and I eventually had to cancel and leave. Elevator is always broken and the one cart they had in the halls broke and was never fixed.

I was actually sick today and this is the last place I wanted to be, but it went smoothly. Not a lot of unwanted traffic, easily gotten to spaces, you don't feel harassed by the staff to constantly be moving, I sat down frequently, and was not reprimanded for it. The prices are a little high, but well worth it. There are specials and I believe referral benefits as well.

The prices are really high. But I'll tell you what you're not going to find a place better managed than this place. Not only is he a great person he's approachable and always willing to work with you about your needs and concerns. Prices are me behind but so is everybody else these days if you want a good experience this is where you want to go.
