The staff here at this location are nothing short of amazing. Melissa is so nice and helpful. Everyone here is super helpful but by far Melissa is the best Manager I have ever encountered.
The prices are great at this location as well. It’s a no-brainer to rent here.

I stopped in the day before my service was to start to see my unit, Melissa realized that my truck and trailer would not fit where I was scheduled to be. She went above and beyond, including walking the whole facility with me, to make sure I could make the turns safely. 6⭐️'s

Most businesses that slash office hours and install a smattering of kiosks to handle cash transactions on site would also make it easy to locate those kiosks. (They'd also make sure their support agents know they exist in the first place.) Public Storage doesn't have common sense.
Avoid.

I had walked in to the wrong location trying to rent a unit. Cristian was very helpful at the Osborn and 16th location with planning my storage needs. My husband travels to Peoria for work and him having somewhere close by is very helpful. No more having him bring his work home. Thank you for being professional and helpful.

Very friendly and accommodating. Manager worked with me to complete rental agreement when i was having technical issue. He also worked to get me a unit that met my needs. Theu even showed me to my unit in person and not just on the map. Thank you Geno and staff forthe great experience

New owners came in and raised prices as soon as they bought the place. But don't worry, they will raise in another 30% in 6 months!!! I do not recommend using this place
