The guy i talked to was cool, but got transferred over to a lady at some point. She kept trying to give me a door bell (it was free and said its usually like $229) and asked when i wanted it hooked up, i refused and said i just wanted internet. She couldnt wrap her head around rejection and seemed upset at me. She hung up while i was asking her a question since i was talked over during prior attempts. Plus CL only offers 40mbps at best. I had better speed when i lived in the woods, i just hope to god it works.

Our Centurylink modem malfunctioned and required a replacement. We were mislead on the delivery date numerous times. Conversations are not noted. Promised dates are not noted!Very poor service! Period!

I took the entire day off work had my appointment for a tech to come out to look at my internet. It has been out for 2 weeks and I lost money not working today now I get a text saying it's been changed for tomorrow.

Made it all the way here only to find out they don't take payment or equipment at this office. Should probably be a note in maps to save people the trip to return equipment upon moving.
