Chase cut a lot of its staff and it is very difficult to work with a bank that has a 3 employees working in itI needed a few things done I'm my business account and they insisted I can do it online(If I go to the bank it is because I was do not like online banking)

Danielle Campbell was so incredibly helpful. I had been to 4 (!) other Chase branches/locations and no one had been able to help with the specific business forms we needed. She was able to call and help coordinate things in multiple states for my other partners and then helped retrain the other branches on how to handle the situation again in the future. She also followed up with me a few days later to check in and make sure we had everything we needed for my other business partners. Would ask to work with Danielle again for sure!

Heather at the drive up window snapped at me for pressing the buzzer at the window telling me “You don’t have to ring the bell when you drive up here”- and that’s the first thing she said to me. Then don’t have the button there if you don’t want customers using it!I can’t see that clearly into the window -however, I didn’t see anyone standing right there as they usually have other things going on inside.And her attitude could’ve been avoided if the ATM worked properly because I had already tried that before my encounter with her. I really just wanted to drive away but I needed to deposit money. Sometimes it doesn’t hurt to be kind- she should really try it because you don’t know what people are going through.

I've been cashing checks at the branch on 39th Ave. in Happy Vally for over a year I went in there today. The branch manager was extremely rude. Made me get out of line twice told me that I wasn't as important as the customers that have accounts there this Karen needs to be fired. She is on a power trip. She is incompetent and inconsiderate of other people. I will never go to this branch again or any other branch. As far as I'm concerned they charge you $10 to cash your check and then treat you like garbage.

Worst customer service EVER!!!!!! We needed some documents notarized, so we made an appointment at the branch my husband goes to every Saturday (my husband has been a loyal customer to Chase for 15+ years). I left work 4 hours early because they had limited time slots to notarize. We show up at the bank and are told that 2 NEW customers just walked in and are ahead of us (there were 2 families sitting in the waiting area), and we need to wait 30+ minutes to get our signatures notarized on 3 pieces of paper! So what was the point of making an appointment?! Why weren't they told to wait 10 minutes? I will be removing my name from all accounts at Chase and will NEVER consider returning!

This Chase branch in particular stands out from the rest. The customer experience that I have had is incredible and will recommend them to others. Seriously, from the time I walked in and through the bank account setup experience, its been great!

Literally closed the door in my face, didn’t say a word to me, just kept walking. I understand I got there right at closing but I raced to get there just to have the door closed in my face and not even told “sorry we just closed” or anything.

Not recommended at all. The wait here is always super long. Staff is helpful, and trying to help, but I ran into paperwork problems over and over again. It took many visits and hours to do anything.

Closed the door in my face (literally) , didn't say a word to me. I understand it was right at closing but that just shows you how far they're willing to go out of their way for their customers.

Negative stars if it was possible, the level of distain shown to customers and the absolute lack of customer service from the management team (brandon locket) to the personal bankers shows how far this company has fallen and this branch is by far the worstBranch i have come across as a 19 year customer

The experience we had with the tellers and Brandon, whom we met with for accounts were great! Brandon did a great job working with us, answering our questions, asking us questions and putting up with our restless 4 year old. This is our go to bank and have never had an issue. The only complaint I have is that you need to make an appointment to see someone. The online service is okay but you never have openings for Saturday on the website. That is intentional, we found out since they keep it that way for walk-ins. Also, trying to call never leads to an actual human. That is really unfortunate. Otherwise, the people that work at the bank are great and we've always had great service.

I love the warmth that I feel when dealing with this bank. Others have mentioned Brandon and I agree. Brandon is a class act and has always taken great care of me when I am in the bank.
