67th Avenue store: horrible customer service. I had to ask for a dressing room even though my arms had 9 items. After trying them on, and wanting to purchase over $800 I couldn't so much as to get a look in my direction. Shop Kierland .. they appreciate the loyal customer.

Marnie at this Chicos went the extra mile. I needed a black dress for a funeral and with spring fashions out on the floor she went into the stock room to find one that fit like a glove. I actually ended up buying a different style elsewhere but wanted to give a shout out for the awesome service! Thank you!

While I have trouble finding clothes that fit me because I'm a petite. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I never have any trouble with returns.

The customer service at Park West is so much better than this location. The associates here are much more interested in talking to each other and making sure their tills balance.

This is the one unfriendly Chico's! As many times as I have shopped at this location, I have yet to be greeted. Staff are far too busy chatting with each other than to assist customers. Today's visit was more of the same--customers are a mere inconvenience. As a 20+ year Chicos loyal customer, it is most disappointing.

Store is nicely arranged. A little on the small side. Manager was excellent, knew I was looking to supplement a wardrobe quite a bit and was very attentive and made the process as easy as possible.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Wouldn’t return two items after not even worn with tags on and receipt. Was willing to receive store credit. LADY did not do anything. Would not recommend. Worst costumer service

My friend and I went into this store this afternoon. She wanted to buy a nice outfit for a party. NO ONE asked if she needed any help. She finally went up towards the clerks. Two were just standing there as there was no one else in the store. The third appeared to be the manager. The manager finally said to the other two "Looks like THAT ONE needs help.". No one moved to help her even then. She left the store very angry and hurt. Who wants to be referred to as "That One"? No excuse for this despicable behavior.
