I understand needing to ID people, I think it's a good way to deter minors. But the fact that because I wouldn't pull my ID out of my wallet, so she could scan it. When All you need is my d.o.b. not my entire DMV info! Just to buy cigarettes, pissed me off!I'm 53 years old, and at best I may pass for 40. Why can't you just read my license? Never going back there again!

Whats wrong with people. Getting their floor worked on is ok bit the staff there needs to go I will never step foot in that store again tell the black girl with glasses she ain't the owner. Out there cursing at customers what kind of store is this that that's ok to do. Your customers keep you in business and helped pay for your renovation. 12/12/2023 1pm

The lady with heavy weight at the cash register should not be working there! She should be fired!!! She's rude, mean, disrespectful and yelling in the store to customers. Think twice b4 stopping at this location.

I like Rachel. She is very nice and knowledgeable. The general manager should give her a raise for handling the store and gas by her self at times. Nobody should be the only employee!. She takes only 1 small smoke break that you should pay for if only one employee is present. Why put that stress on a employee?.

I find it very rude when you come into a shop and the young lady behind the counter is having a conversation on the phone and when I say phone I mean speaker phone. I got to hear the conversation of how she was excited to see him play. Not once did she tell him to hang on and put it on mute to help me or the customer in front of me. She just went on with her conversation as if it wasn't a big deal. No, she did ask if I wanted a receipt or allowed me to enter my number for rewards because her conversation was more important than the customer service. She just pushed through to get us out of the store so she could continue her phone call. I even called to get the mangers name. However, no one answered. I'm sure she is too busy talking on the phone. Never again.

I was in The circle k on 12/15/22 at 2:45 in the afternoon I picked up discounted items that were marked down $0.75 and the lady at the register charged me full price for them I came back to try to get my money back they said I needed to come back to talk to the manager I live in Avondale I'm not going to drive 37 miles to receive my money back so I just want circle k to know that your employees need to be more thorough and more aware of what is being put down in front of them I'm very upset money is very tight these days for people and when you overcharge them and you don't answer your phone so we can get our money back, it's very wrong

I wish I could actually review the Circle K but it's physically impossible when every time I come here some lazy employee leaves a sign on the door that says be back in 15 minutes and then I come back three hours later and they're still coming back in 15 minutes it's almost like you're getting paid to do nothing thanks for nothing

These guys are my (semi) favorite punching bag. They never fail to fail me. I usually avoid CK, just too dirty, helplessness behind the counter, nasty roller selection. I know I sound cold, but not ice cold. Because ice is the reason for this review. Was heading north for the weekend and needed ice for the cooler. Circle K was on the right side of the road, I know they have to sell ice and it was packaged for them-shrugs- they really can't screw it up. Don't know-didn't make it that far. Traveling, I wanted a clean windshield. Not a lot to ask. Cool; Ice and a squeegee full of water. No. Every single bucket that was designed for and should have been full of water or bug juice remover was: Empty. So northwest I went to QT. Score. Ice, gas, bug juice. It appears their Value Prop is this: We want to sell beer, ice, smokes while you get gas. Don't count on cleaning your windshield or a clean restroom. Soccer Moms need not apply. These guys have never heard of Paco Underhill and it shows.

Nothing on the shelves i just left there went to get my coffee for work they had no creamer so i opn a milk and use it and the lady makes a huge deal about wanting me to pay for a 2 dollar milk when they dont have any creamer i have been coming here for the past two years and have never been treated with disrespect likr the way this lady treated me this morning i will be taking this to the manager
