I was just at the store bought cigarettes and didn't realize til I got home I had left them by the register. Called several times to ask so I didn't have to drive all the way back in case I didn't leave them there but no answer not a single answer. Very poor customer service. It's back to back calls so obviously it's urgent cigarettes aren't cheap but never did get an answer so I gotta drive back just for them to be closed so I can o ly imagine she's gonna say no I didn't leave them there. So I'll have to wait for a manager. Which is ridiculous the whole situation could of be resolved if someone would of just answered the flipping phone.

Called 4 times to the store no one answered, wanted to call before to ask if they had a specific item so I don't water my time I'll never know no one Answered very unprofessional

Manager needs a set of braces. This store smelt like mold and wouldn’t accept a manufacturers coupon from monsters and said they only accept circle k coupons. This is why everyone goes to QT. Brush your teeth dude.

From the very first time I visited this Circle K until my most recent visits that occured last week, I can confirm the store looks so much better starting with the store being fully stocked, clean and great customer service from the cashier's to the managers!

Turn over rate is sad. This store was coming along and cleaned up. Staff was nice and friendly, I walk in now and it seems to be in an up roar full of confusion. You can tell there is new management ?

Every time I come here they have an excuse to close the store . Can't put gas in until they reopen because the card reader isn't working at the pump. Why are they mopping at 8 pm got a whole line out here waiting.

They are always out of fountain drinks and I went in to redeem my membership rewards (for a free drink) and I put my phone number in and it looked liked it worked and the total was $0 and the lady pressed a button and then told me that they don't take it, after I saw it clearly did work ( I have used it before at these location) So I ended up paying, but it was still annoying.
