I received a FAKE $20 BILL!!!!
I came back the following day and explained the situation regarding the fake $20 bill.
ASM Edith right off the bat accused me. Instead of getting information from me, she stated that “How do I know you got it here?” , “How do I know you didn’t get it somewhere else?”. I explained I came in with $100 cash and was given 4 x 20’s bills, then realized one of them was fake. I never went anywhere else and got change back at this location. Luckily, since I do get my receipts for every gas transactions I was able to provide her with the receipt of the exact employee and time. I suggested I be given a real $20 bill in exchange for the fake $20, my number and ID but Edith suggested I come tomorrow when the manager returns. I told her no, considering she was already make accusations. I then had to escalate the situation by contacting the Glendale Police Department which took over an hour. Ironically at the exact same time the police arrived and I was speaking with the officer, ASM Edith walks out and tells my partner “My manager will give you the $20”. My partner tells the officer and I “She said she will give you the money”. The officer and I were under the impression ASM WOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY. Instead, after the police left ASM Edith requested to have the fake $20 in exchange for the REAL $20. Mind you, the officer took the fake $20 as evidence which would be investigated by the FBI (Why would the officer give fake money back?). ASM Edith called her manager again, then requested my receipt and the police report. For personal reasons, I could not give her either due to the fact I need both as evidence on my end. ASM Edith offered to make me a false receipt to keep on my end. As I felt frustrated and complete brick wall, I made a remark in the store stating “Be careful they give fake money”, which upset ASM Edith. ASM Edith and I began to bicker which led to me contact corporate. It is the next morning, and I am still in this loophole of “Someone will reach out to you.” rather than receiving my money properly because it was a mistake on the employee, management could not even resolve the issue when physically there. So long story short, watch your money there…. THEY GIVE OUT FAKE MONEY.

Cant even bring my 400$ eletric scooter in to keep it away from the panhandlers/drug addicts. I definitely dont mind going to the smoke shop where i get respect when purchasing their products. Trash company. Start offering your customers a bag for their items too i have to ask everytime? What imma scooter with 4 redbulls in my arms? Common sense

Never go there because they steal your things, they stole my wallet today, September 9, 2023, with my identity and my card and they wanted to take money from me, thanks to the fact that I had my money in the savings bank and the worst thing is that I am sure that those who They serve you they don't take care of their customers 5848 W Olive Ave, Glendale, AZ 85302 that is the address of the gas station don't trust them to go those who robbed me were behind me when I was paying and that's how they took my wallet out of my purse in front of me of the dependents

I always go here associate's are very friendly but 2 days ago one of the employees was shouting and cursing to another employee. I don't know his name but he has long braids and long pointed finger nails. Seriously I was applauded at his behavior.

I stopped here to get gas , the pump ran out of receipt paper so i went to go inside to get a receipt , the lady told me her machine is down in there too. this should be illegal to not give customer a receipt for gas! now i cant get reimbursed by my employer or claim on my taxes! bad place avoid at all costs!
