I went there this evening and your cashier, Faith. Had such horrible customer service. I went to check out at the "self-check out" all I needed after scanning my items was for her to scan my ID. Well she knew I needed assistance but went to help other customers that were standing behind me. I finally had to get her attention by calling out what I needed. She's horrible.

I love all of the beautiful and well put out products great bathrooms however when getting to the smart checkout at the front when bringing in a refill cup from a different company instead of saying hey unfortunately the different company cup does it recognize it since it's not a circle k she was kind of rude and crass when say well it's because it doesn't belong there you have to do something else take it to the front and we'll get it checked out manually. Other than the tone and affliction that she had at this time had a wonderful time. Please have a talk with your staff about what is the right way to approach this situation that way you don't get less of five stars.

I went into the circle k tonight to buy the two pack special of the Pall Malls 2 for $10 with inner circle. I put my phone number in and it still came up to be $13 and some change. The girl at the counter Haley said she don't know maybe the prices went up I said well is says right there they're two for $10. She said I don't know mam and I always have a problem with you when you come into the store. Yes she really said that! This was clearly unprofessional for her to say this to me. She could have just did a price override and fixed the price. It was posted 2 for $10 and she did not accommodate. I don't normally do reviews on Google but this was clearly upsetting to how she treated me. I am a loyal customer who comes here at least four times a week. So I headed up to the other circle k at 59th and Olive got the cigarettes at the price of 2 for $10 and they rang up for that after I put my inter circle number in and these Pall Mall select cigarettes are 2 for $10 with intercircle posted at ever circle k. Haley has no customer service at all and definitely needs to go through restraining again or not work for the public.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. The cashier at the counter was an absolute disgrace!! Now mind you this is about midnight and a lot of the vendors were bringing in orders so it was a little crowded. The cashier (dirty blonde hair mid to late 40s) was waiting on the person in front of myself and my 16 year old son. The register said card only and we were paying in cash. I asked her which register could we use cash on and she proceeds to point but says nothing. I said ma'am use your words that would help a lot. My son said, "Sorry we couldn't hear you." And she told my 16 year old son, "that's ok I deal with idiots all the time!" Me being from a small town on the East Coast you do not talk to anyone like that let alone a minor! I held my tongue. An older gentleman behind us was paying with a card, he was using a walker and had to put his items on the counter in order to pull his card out. As he was doing that the cashier (dirty blonde hair mid to late 40s) started snapping her fingers at the man, when it took him to long to notice she was snapping at him she started to raise her voice stating, " you need to leave so the vendor can get through." How in the hell is he supposed to leave when he hasn't even paid for his things let alone get his walker so he could move. I was absolutely disgusted with this women. I do not know how people treat someone like that, how would she feel if someone treated her father like that? I just moved to this area and I promise you I will NEVER go to this circle k again! Sad situation all the way around. Do better Circle k 🤦🏼♀️

Really went downhill they don't clean the soda fountain at all and don't pay attention with something is out Staff is lazy stores dirty... Must be hard to find a good manager

Manager told me I was stupid and that I needed to leave
I went by yesterday morning around 930ish in the morning. I pulled up to pump 11 but headed inside first to grab a few things along with a carton of smokes. Spent $91.
Went out to pump gas but it wouldn't read my card. So I went back in grabbed a roblox card for $25 for my son and $50 on the pump all in cash.
Went out selected Unleaded for $3.43/gallon and started pumping. For $50 I should have gotten around 17gallons. But when the pump stopped at $50 it said I pumped just over 11gallons. ??? I looked and it said I pumped Premium at $4.11/gallon.
I went in and told the worker Angel ( I think that was her name). I told her she should block off the pump so it doesn't happen to someone else. I DID NOT ASK FOR ANY MONEY BACK.
But she went back to speak to her manager then asked me to show her and she took a picture of the pump reading when we went back inside she disappeared for a minute or two and then came back out and handed me $6 and some change but her manager art followed her out and told me this was a one-time courtesy because that can't possibly happen the pumps don't do that it was user error when I told him I know what kind of gas I put in my truck I've never used premium before he told me "well then I must not know how to use it and I needed to leave" once he left I again told the clerk that she should just mark it off so it doesn't happen to anyone else I immediately lodged a formal complaint with corporate

The fountain drink machine has not been functional for at least a year now. It’s either the ice machine broken or the soda machine out of order. Oddly enough I’ve seen repair men here on numerous occasions with my hopes they would fix it. I returned tonight with the same news. #Broke

This place is a homeless shelter all their equipment is broken... It's the most disgusting circle k... In existence.. Absolutely disgusting what a horrible company this is.

CircleK has been selling Marlboro Black Cigarettes @ $6/pack Fri, Sat, Sun. I bought a $4Gatorade Fit (High price)& asked for 4 pks of Marlboro Black 100's (@$6/pk =$24) the girl rang me up & said my Total AFTER Discount but with taxez was $34??Last time I checked $24 + 4=$28 + tax? I just bought 2 packs there Fri for $12 & tax $3.40 ($1.70 per pk)= $15.40) I tried to explain to her how her math was wrong. A customer behind me asked "DID you put your # in on the Screen? Yes. Then they asked the clerk "DID that take of the right Discount as I've been paying $6/pk as well? She said yes + I gave her the $5 she had coming from the App so like $9 Off".So now IF I TOOK$6/pk=$12 + $4 ($2/pkTax)=$16-$5 (she said she discounted)= $11 + $4 drink= $15 WITHOUT THE PROMO Discount.Please tell me HOW SHE CAME UP WITH $34 AFTER the Promo discount AND $5 discount she says she discounted as well?CircleK needs to Employ workers who can do SIMPLE MATH like Add & Subtract. Educate your workers on In Store SPECIALS & IN APP as well. I asked her where the Hershey, Reeses & KitKat $1 candy Bars were? She said "All our candy is over there & pointed saying "I DON'T KNOW of any candy for $1 I even after i showed her the In-App Deal.Until i can see the Cashiers are Trained properly & KNOW both In-Store & In-App, Deals, I'll take my business to a Different CircleK.
