Missed out on a deal because the pin pad entry for phone number doesn't register and now I can't use the deal.
Separate issue, paid $7.09 for a polar pop on my card but only got $1.05 as my "change". Because of how long it was taking and me being in a situation to take longer to pay, I left and noticed at home. Thankfully should all be 9n camera and I have my bank activity. Hoping it refunds even though the transaction wasn't voided and just got stuck on processing payment.
Super disappointed and now I have zero funds but thankfully have the world's most expensive polar pop.
As a former employee,this is unsurprising given how horrible and inconsistent the training and manager instructions are especially between the stores. Just never affected me as a customer prior to me quitting.

Today I took a walk with my kids to the store they rode their scooters as they do it all the time when we decide to walk and not drive to the store as they was picking out their items I just hear one of the workers tell my child that they need to get out of his store with the scooter so me being the parent and hearing him talk to my minor children the way he did made me say excuse me what’s the problem he replied that it was a health violation to have scooters in his store yes he said his store I said for one I understand your policy but these are minors and they have a parent with them and you could’ve addressed me instead of them in that tone or matter it wasn’t what you said it’s how you said it he replied to me well if it’s such a big deal you don’t have to purchase your items I then said your absolutely right because it’s plenty of circle K stores around that doesn’t smell like they all moped the floor with urine but you want to talk to me about a health violation and then tell me that it’s his store as if he owned it again it wasn’t about the policy I can respect it but it’s how he talked to my 9 and 11 year old kids as if they was not chaperoned by an adult the right thing to do was come to me and say ma’am because of the health violation we can’t allow the kids to be on the scooters can you have them put them outside people need to understand it’s people out here that wouldn’t take that situation lightly and he have to leave the store so he might want to get some more training especially if he is going to be in management understand it’s not what you say it’s how you say it this is 2023 you can’t talk to people any kind of way.

Most of the time when I go to the Circle K. Everybody is, you know, good courteous, but there is this one cashier. Name Chris, and hes very rude. Disrespectful lines always long takes 10 minutes to check out on 2 items. A personally don't think you should be working there.

It's a Circle K. Kinda ?dirty or dim lighting, just seemed dirty. The clerk behind the counter was very pleasant & clean lol ~ just the store was unkept. ✌️☘️?

The staff is very friendly at the circle k. Except if you asked to use the bathroom they will tell you it's for employees only and which is a total lie because I have seen customers use it once in awhile so if you need to use the restroom I would not recommend going in that store to ask to use the restroom there is a 90% chance that they will deny you.

Love this store have been coming here for years Dede is such a wonderful Girl she always has a smile and gives great service that woman Adrianne Rae on here saying she has an attitude is just not being truthful I was there in line and the lady is just a cheapskate and always takes forever in line she had a bad attitude with Dede that day bc she did not want to change the price and lose her job I feel for the girl with what she has to put up with at this job I have seen how people treat her terribly especially when she is by herself all I have to say is keep up the good work and stay strong.

The two gentlemen that work there are always nice and friendly! Today I had a horrible experience with the girl by the name of "Dede" she had the worse attitude. I tried purchasing two candies because there was advertising of buy one get one for $1.50. She rolled her eyes because she had to go see the advertising. I showed her and she ripped the paper off went back to the register and told me there's nothing she can do she can't price change anything I either pay full price or leave. She said she was told to staple the advertising to my recipient and give it to the manager. Which I would if had no problem as I understand sometimes these things happen. It was her attitude that was upsetting. This advertising has been there for more than a week I don't understand why she wouldn't know of it. Her first bit of attitude showed when another employee was walking out to go home she told dede to remind all the customers of free coffee day tomorrow and her response was, " I don't work until 5pm tomorrow, so (shrugged her shoulders) I'm not even planning on being here." I understand we all have bad days but it doesn't mean it is OK to take it out on paying customers.
