This place doesn't listen to anything for requests I said I want Marlboro red 100s I get shorts. I ask for rogue wintergreen pouches 6mg I get 3mg.. this is the second time now this has happened. I guess I have to control the sale and make sure I get my items correct since your employees can not. Pretty sad guess QT needs my business more.

Aly cashier was on her phone the whole time I was in the store.
That’s at least 5 customer's or more.
Is this the new customer service technique at Circle K?
I will be going to a different location, or QT where they welcome in customers and good customer service.

There's a girl there that always has her husband in the background and she ignores everybody else when he's there service sucks with this child I was just there a minute ago and they're the rudest people in the world circle k should fire these people

Staff are always friendly. Lots of gas pumps, 12 pumps, could've been more. Store is packed full, makes it look a bit dirty. Gas pumps and parking lot is clean and lots of space.

This Circk K has the absolute worst customer service. Brittney in particular is extremely rude. She needs to be trained on how to speak to customers.

Little miss takes her time cashier kept talking and talking with a man while the line waited. By the time I got to pay for my stuff I wanted to get it over with and pulled my card too soon from the chip reader. Tried twice after it got declined even after checking my bank account (with enough funds to suffice). Maybe if the cashier was quicker with the transactions before, I could've avoided this mis hap where my card kept getting declined. Left, went down the street and paid for the exact same thing I wanted. Approved on first try. Do not go to this Circle K unless you're an avid fan of getting your time wasted

Ali customer service rep is kinda weird and rude, I come to this circle k all the time to spend money and once I only get 2 polar pops, my 8 year old tries to grab the free stickers and says only when you spend 10 bucks and has him put them back. Very pathetic to act that way towards a kid she should be ashamed of her self. Never will I return to that circle k and will tell others.

On Sept 28th at 8 am I went in for cash back and a drink, then the lady working told me I did the cash back wrong even though I did what she told me, so I tried to grab some cheap gum to try again, and she rushed me, was rude, and told me I need to open my eyes in front of a bunch of other customers, which was very embarrassing.

I went to this Circle K this morning. They offer Frys fuel points at checkout. I hit the wrong button, and the manager yelled at me because their register froze. She said, "This is Circle K, not Fry's." I don't know why the manager gets to talk to people like that, or what her malfunction is, but she needs to find another job. I am furious about this, and want something done about it because it looks like others have dealt with her sorry attitude as well.
