If you only sell to licensed people maybe tell everyone that when they walk in so we dont waste our time walking around getting things. Please dont reply saying there is a sign and that should be sufficent.

I've been coming here since 2015 and have never had a problem. Everyone is so nice and helpful always. All the negative reviews, lets be honest, some hairdressers are pretentious assholes and think there opinion is gods gift to humankind. Im guessing those are the one's leaving negative and drawn out reviews. This place is great! Thanks for being awesome you guys!

I had never been to this location before today. I was greeted by an extremely friendly and very helpful associate, she's probably a manager based on her professionalism. If she's not, she should be! she helped me Pick up some new items, explained the specials going on, and was just generally cheerful and helpful. She was this way to everyone that came into the store. What she doesn't know is that I had just left the Sun city location where I wasn't greeted, I wasn't helped and definitely didn't feel welcome. So I left with out spending a dime! The greenway location store was clean, organized and had a good selection of products. There is every reason to shop at this location going forward. I'll spread the word to all my licensed friends. Thank you again!

When you shop at a beauty supply that only serves licensed cosmetologists generally anyone that works there is highly familiar with the majority of their products that they carry. Not so much with this place. I don't think anyone there has ever known the answer to a question that I have asked ever They are not licensed cosmetologists and you had better know what you are going in for because you will get no knowledge from the staff. Big disappointment. They are very friendly though.

Accidentally reviewed this location instead of the location on Bell. Either way this place is pretentious and ridiculous. They only sell to "licensed professionals." Please, you're hair stylists. What kind of crazy policy is that? Imagine if the pharmacy would only sell to doctors, or if restaurants would only serve the obese. It's honestly shocking that this place even exists. Please don't support this business model; go elsewhere. Additionally, I had called before hand to verify that they carried a specific product. Instead of telling me that they do have it but that they wouldn't sell it to me because it isn't really a store, they told me that they did in fact have what I was looking for. So, I drove all the way out there for them to turn me away. As I said, pretentious and inconsiderate.

EW, I really hate to be this one. But grab your snack and blanket to get ready for this story right here. I'm extremely disturbed by how one particular employee was acting. 6/16/2021 5:45pm employees need to be addressed. In particular the old woman with glasses and platinum Willy Wonka hair. The younger one just seemed like she genuinely was clueless and I'm aware more often than not employees aren't even licensed cosmetologist/esthetician's/barbers. That being said, the least that can be held to its highest standard and priority should be customer service. The entire time miss Wonka was talking about a customer needing to walk in by 6 because "the company watches their hours and is so so picky and them closing at 6" and how "she was out of there at 6 and locking doors" all types of loud to get me to hurry I'm sure. Which I did not. You're on the clock and being paid, be grateful for that. If you don't like your company simply don't work there and don't complain. That's the start of the biggest issue, 2 products were tagged one at $19.88 and the other at $24.00, yes I grabbed them and at check out they did not ring as tagged. Miss Wonka was summoned by the younger employee about this problem at the register, it was deemed BY BOTH the SKU's matched, their names, and their size. Well, my products were put back on the shelf and miss Wonka proceeds to act as if she is baffled by this and I wrote the tags. I said no ma'am I'm taking the products, she pouted about only ONE of my items being adjusted, but she couldn't do the other because she was going to get into soooo much trouble. Not sure how again, SKU match, names match, size match. What's the problem? Okay well while she acted like it was coming out of her pay check the ma'am at the register adjusted one and suggested I come back the next day today 6/17 when miss manager would be in and she could help me out better because miss Wonka is clearly being irrational and a complete nut case. So, instead I quickly contacted customer service over the phone and sent in the following images and the receipt with the sku numbers. I've been reimbursed for the $12.49 miss Wonka did not want to allow to be adjusted. Now, I'd like to say to miss Wonka, is it really necessary to act like I wrote out those labels talking loudly about WHERE DID THESE COME FROM, ma'am I don't work here I'm a customer and I'd expect you to go by what all matches regardless of what you "think" sounds correct. In the end I got my money back and I kept you 10 minutes past your precious closing time because you kept acting like it's my fault for being a customer and those were my tags instead of just fixing the problem. Yall need to get it together, and yes since contacting customer service I have also complained about you madam Wonka. You don't know who put the labels okay neither do I. I will continue to shop at the sun city location as they actually hire licensed individuals and have better customer service. Their employees are always happy to help they don't sit here nagging about their job and treating customers as if they're thieves for asking to match the price listed and posted in store. I wish you the best miss Wonka, you need to retire retail already though and learn proper customer service skills. I'm very sorry you have such a foul attitude. As for the other employee there, sorry you got treated like you were an air head by her, you genuinely tried to help the situation by mentioning the products matched their tags repeatedly.

Very clean store. Friendly employees who are helpful, friendly and professional. I love going here because cosmetology items are organized neatly and easy to find. Convenience to this location is easy to find. 10 stars from this shopper!

Went over two weeks ago, put in a order, waited a week extra for a call for my items. I spend alot of money, I've called for my items was told I'd get a call back last weekend and still no call, very unprofessional if I were the manager I'd be upset considering how much money I spend. So I look like a flake to my clients because they keep forgetting about me.other then that they would've had 5 stars. I guess I'll call again for the 5th time in two weeks
