I was greeted right away with a smile too. The employee was knowledgeable and made the process quicker than I could drive there. Not much else to say but if you're in the Phoenix area see if you qualify for the $30 internet I hope that this goes well and it's not something I end up regretting. If I can give advice to anyone when calling in for this internet package make sure you ask the right question and that would be the number of devices that you're going to be running also if there's a gamer in the family you might want to add that because that is going to tell the representative whether or not this package is good for you all right so have a great one thank you

I would like to commend cox for an exceptionally awesome customer service I experienced at the 51st Ave and Olive Store I was helped by a young man named Ceasar Carona he not only attended to my issue he offered me cox mobile services in detail he set up my line and was totally attentive to my questions his customer service and attitude was the best I've ever had kudos young Ceasar keep up with your people skills I recommend this young man to help anyone who needs mobile service haven't had any problems with there mobile service thank you again Ceasar You Rock !!!!

Kevin rocks ! Me and my girlfriend came in the store, needing to transfer our services to our new place, but unfortunately the old resident still have their service active at our new place and instead of Kevin telling us he couldnāt help us. He went above and beyond and called the person who still had the services active and requested they canceled or move there service so we could transfer our services to our new place. The person gave him a hard time but he made sure to handle the situation. He was so kind and funny. Kevin is a great person. We have to know that thereās only so much they can do to help us and Iām glad he did the most to help us now our services are activated. Iām so happy ! Everyone working on shift at 5pm November 1st was so funny and kind in the store. We watched the World Series game while waiting. This is my GO TO COX STORE!

Rude and extremely unhelpful. I was getting a replacement for a remote that has gone bad. Unfortunately I got Kevin. He first asked if I wanted to upgrade my box, I told him no, I just wanted a remote. He claimed to not have one without even looking in the back. I told him last year a nice young woman, who I was actually in line for, got one out of a box and gave it to me back then. When I told Kevin that and he said that's why she's not here anymore, I told him I saw her, she just walked into the back. He and the agent next to him both chuckled and said they'd have to get her fired. Kevin then begrudgingly went into the back and again for 2 seconds came back and claimed he didn't have one and wasn't about to open a box to give me one, so he did have one he was just not good at customer service. He then told me he'd call other stores to find one, or at least I thought that's what he said. I said I'd wait, no problem. Then he said no, I'll give you numbers to call. I was like you can't tell who has them in inventory or at least call the stores yourself? Nope, rude, condescending, lazy, Kevin couldn't be bothered. It's not that I demanded a brand new box free of charge or credit on my account or anything unreasonable, I just wanted to get a remote without wasting time and gas. I have been a Cox customer since they came to Glendale, and was a customer of what ever cable company they bought out when they came to town. That's been 40+ years now, much longer than the incredibly rude Kevin has lived undoubtedly.
Fortunately I did find the remote that day at the Cox store on 51st and Indian School. Kevin's manager should send him to that store for retraining, as they were kind and courteous and had exceptional customer service skills.

Price is low if u have options. But if u donāt itās over $100 a month bcuz they know it. Once Tmobile internet gets there. They will lose business. O, and I got tired of ābufferingā (I thought that term went out a decade ago! ) thankfully, Tmobile is now in my zip code! $35. A month! Bye Cox internet!

Today I mark October 1 , 2025 as one of the best days in my life I was so grateful and happy to have the pleasure of meeting Tommy me and my fiancƩ got our first apartment together and we were very nervous about getting the cable and Wi-Fi, etc., hooked up and Thomas made
It extremely simple and even pleasurable. Very personable sales rep and I highly recommend that you come in and see him.

Hidden fees every month, inconsistency with their prices. Rental fees for rundown equipment. Constant issues and interruptions with my service.
After so many years with Cox, I finally left the service and it was the best decision. I am now paying less than half of what my bill came out to every month. Will never recommend Cox to anyone.

Prices way too high. Much cheaper with T mobile internet with 5 year price guarantee. They were suppose to turn service off days ago and they are now threatening a disconnect if I donāt pay monthly bill. When I called Cox the rep said when I take equipment back to store, the store would handle. Miserable customer service

deceiving service reps from the start. Install was a nightmare. Internet usage is limited without disclosure. Customer service is horrible. Cox isnāt even worth a try.
