Service has been really spotty. Called customer service and they hang up on me use the chat system and they either try to up sell new packages or repeat the same questions like I didn't just do the same routine with the last person. It has gone down 9 times today alone and 7 yesterday. Bad company but if you want internet you don't really have a choice for provider

I just want to say thank you to Christopher! He was so kind and helpful I need to return some equipment he made the process fast and easy and he looked into my account on how high my bill was for just internet before I asked he immediately found me a better internet bundle that suited my wallet thank you so much

I was only trying to set up internet, when Rafael at the Olive and 51st ave store in Phoenix Arizona set me up for a "promotion" that I never wanted. He LIED!!!! straight to my face about what the one time fees are. He told me they're a fee of setting up the internet. Which are actually fees to pay for a Homelife camera I never wanted. It added up to nearly $130. When the actual price of the internet (which was not disclosed) was $49.99. It's only been three days since I've set up my account with cox and I'm planing on switching providers unless this issue is resolved. I just received my first bill, and it was for $196.51 when it should have been $49.99. Absolutely horrible customer service and not a single ounce of transparency. If I wanted to be lied to I would have just gone to a dealership.

Not like the old Cox! Short line that moved fast. Knowledgeable associate that took care of my requests in a friendly professional manner. Way more efficient and easy than the website. Only downside is lack of parking. Try to his store you won't be disappointed.
