We have had checking, mortgage, home equity loana, car loans, notary services through them over the 38? years. I think we had a problem ONE time and it was fixed right away with a smile.

*06/09/26-Updating review until my issue has been resolved. Carmen assisted with my personal account right after handling moms. Roughly $20k moved from one account to another with no confirmation or statement provided. In addition, suddenly all my transactions have disappeared and I have yet to receive a copy of the transactions and amounts that were in the accounts prior to the transfer. This is a very uncomfortable feeling that I hope the bank will resolve quickly.
06/17/26- Update that after several requests, Carmen was able to retrieve the list of transactions to me promptly. She remained polite and helpful during our email exchanges.”

“I went on a wild goose chase to two other banks to find a notary. One bank said they didn't have one---absolutely ridiculous. Another one said I needed a two day appointment wait---insane. Imagine my relief when this bank took me as a walk in, with a modest wait time. Kody was pleasant and customer service oriented. He said they have several notories on hand. My documents were sent on short notice, so I was in a rush.
My money's on this bank, pun intended. Avoid the notoriously understaffed B of A and Chase branches. Absolutely I would recommend this bank and location.”

“I’ve never had an issue with Arizona Central CU, I’ve been with them well over 20 years and have paid off multiple car loans during that time. I refinanced my home with them and got the lowest of low interest rates during the brief time when rates hit bottom, I find the customer service is great when I call in or visit the branch directly. My last auto loan I was pre approved to go shopping and when I called my loan officer to ask for a possible increase in the loan amount she was able to approve it on the spot. Loving my new jeep thanks again AZCCU”
