However, as soon as I got on the line with Myles and make sure to Immediately confirm my information to make sure he was dealing with the right person. He explained everything to me in depth, as well as when above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied before getting on the line with Miles I was considering leaving the Company as a customer however, the call was ended. “I am rather shocked by the bad reviews i see here...I have been coming here for about 35 years, back then it was called Canyon State.....either way I have never had a serious issue and any small issue was taken care of right away. Only gripe is the lack of locations, but this one is near my house. I would keep my money here if I had the choice of a bank or this...I use both.”

“I really appreciate that when I applied for a car refi loan and got denied, AZFCU worked with me. I called confused about the denial. Here I was a member of multiple years, with a paid off car loan with them and I just wanted my new car loan at my home bank. I forget who was on the phone but I said don't you think I should qualify considering I'm already paying the loan with the dealership just fine, your payment is cheaper, I have good history with you, and higher income this time than my last car loan with you guys. He said they were all good points he'll review with his manager. About 30 mins later I got my approval letter and get to stick with AZFCU.”

Their fees are reasonable & favor the customer. I do wish they would institute a dress code – – perhaps a DFCU collared polo shirt with khakis or dark trousers. Many customers would be put off and untrustful of a “Banker “dressed sloppily.”

“On top of their monitoring as an affiliate of my Ctedit Union. Contacted me immediately upon seeing strange looking "Payee". There were already 2 separate attempts of 2 seperate amounts to be taken from my account per a Visa Credit Card of mine, WHICH, I rarely use anyway. They filed the fraud attempts on my behalf and deactivated my card. I will have a new one in 21 days. JUST WOW! This is the only time i have had this happen. We are so vulnerable!! Yay!
