“My boyfriend and I stopped in to open new checking and savings today. An hour to close and the vibes were still immaculate! Not a single annoyance from anyone ready to go home. We sat down with Josiah at first and when he realized we were opening up 2 separate accounts, he grabbed Christine to assist and make things go faster, and from there the race was on! Despite the obstacle of Christine’s long beautiful nails trying to sabotage the win, she persevered and we were neck and neck. As I’m trying to withdraw my $20 to deposit we hit a road block as my cards declined. Maria was on our team though and quickly recommended the ATM outside, offering to help even beyond close. In the end we hit print first on the debit card machine and somehow still finished second, with our print malfunctioning, very convenient 🧐 Josiah swears he had nothin to do with it, he was pretty nice so I believed him 😜 We finished it off with some ice cream to celebrate Arizona Financial credit unions 90th anniversary. If every location has a team like this one, I can see 90 more years and counting! Thank you so much for all your help, the fun spirited competition, and wonderful experience. “Great experience. I had issues with the CardSwap offer/function included with the mailer when my regular Debit Card was upgraded. It wouldn't allow me to do it by phone or PC. Did the password reset/access by phone with a representative. Still wouldn't work. Gave up & did all updates manually via the mobile phone app. Looking forward to great things with NDFCU.”

We wanted to open a joint checking account without the hassle of having to maintain a certain balance or meet criteria to avoid monthly fees. We were greeted soon after we walked in and waited about 10 minutes for a banker. Maximillian was excellent and he exceeded our expectations with the help we received. We were able to open an account smoothly and get our cards within a few minutes. We are very happy with this branch and would consider doing more banking with them.”
