Bought a phone on Thursday. Brought it back on Friday because I can’t hear on it and it won’t hold a charge. Gil’s in the store tell me to bring it back and I do. But all they say is they can’t help me because the manager isn’t in. Two days this has been going on now. Do they not know when the manager is working or do they not know anything at all? They have been extremely rude and disrespectful. The owner has always been great and honest to deal with. These girls make this store look horrible and extremely dishonest. They take your money give you a broken phone and tell you to keep coming back knowing that the manager will not be there to assist anyone. This has to be reported to the company and let them know how this store has been stealing money from customers snd customers sold damaged goods.

Went inside to get new customer information, the lady with the green stripe in her hair had a bad attitude as I walked in. She dont like white people. After about 5 mins of her snotatude I left.I will be contacting the Federal trade commision and filing a complaint. When they finish you wont be in business anymore.

If your thinking of getting cricket service. Ask yourself this what kind of company will admit they have a glitches in there system. And tell you they will not credit your bill for the time you are without service but they will give you a discount on a new phone . Go make up for there poor service . And if you don't buy the phone tell you it's just gonna take some time . If your phones not working in the next 10 days you should probably buy another phone from them . If your in the market for a new phone company who can't figure out 5g go to cricket

Rude customer service, last time I went in she was talking to someone on the phone. If something is wrong with you phone or u don’t know how to use it they don’t even try to explain they just do what they need to do to send u out the door

Every employee I’ve encountered not only at this location, but multiple other ones the employees are just rude and detached.. always act like it’s a burden you’re there and making them do something. Every. Single. Time.
