My experience with this location’s customer service was terrible. The young lady I spoke to hung up on me the first time, and when I called back, she abruptly ended the call again without resolving anything. It was clear she had no interest in helping and was incredibly unprofessional. I spent a lot of time trying to get assistance, but instead, I was left with no solutions and a lot of frustration.

Got a phone replacement activated no problem one time. Next time I come in, the bimbo working Sunday 3-24 wanted to play stupid and came up with excuses as to why she couldn't activate a phone. After she had just told me she could activate a phone. I get being lazy and not wanting to do work. But why pretend to be dumb and lie? Waste of time. Smh.

The girl working yesterday 3/6/24. Is rude we were going to get an upgrade and she seemed bothered to answer my questions. I noticed she was reading a realtor book. Girl if you can’t sell a phone good luck on selling a house. We went to 35Th Greenway and purchased a phone.

Last night we worked with Grace and she was absolutely phenomenal. Grace was so helpful kind and patient as we helped our family member, choose a phone and get it. She set up everything that night even though it was late and the store was about to close. She took her time, gave us the information that we needed, and was absolutely amazing. Her personality alone made the entire visit one of the best compared to other mobile companies.Thank you Grace!

Was trying to get a phone added to the network and the individual on the phone was rude obnoxious talked over me and then hung up on me refused to answer after they hung up on me when I requested a manager cuz clearly they won't understanding what I was saying or they weren't hearing what I was saying because they were busy talking over me. I would argue if this is allowed then the rating they have is fake most likely made up by their employees, it's not the first time I've seen that tactic.

The girl that helped me was great. She was also great with the seniors she was helping for a long time while I waited. I cannot imagine another customer coming in while I was waiting because they likely would have left, unless they're extremely patient like I am. It's in a very busy strip mall and though there may be times when there's nobody in there, it doesn't seem like an in-and-out joint at all when there's only one person.My 5 stars are for the cleanliness, ease of parking, and the friendly and professional girl and her help!There were three chairs, all taken at the one and only table and I had to prop myself against a display due to my bad hip, and inability to stand long in one place due to polyneuropathy. Wide open spaces for at least another table and 4 chairs. That whole situation alone deletes stars, so the ones I give go just to what I said. I'd go back for her, but drive away if I saw it was going to be the same.

Not really that friendly, it kind of seemed as though we were bothering them. Ultimately we switched mobile carriers. Unfortunate because we had been with cricket for over 10 years.
