CrossFit 623 in Surprise, Arizona is a highly recommended CrossFit gym with a welcoming and friendly community. The gym has a great environment, with a bright and clean space that makes it an ideal place for both beginners and experienced CrossFitters. Visitors from out of state, such as Ohio and Maryland, have had a wonderful experience at the gym, feeling like they were part of the "CrossFit family." Overall, CrossFit 623 is an excellent choice for anyone looking to start or continue their CrossFit journey.

Dropped in from Ohio and had a great time and a great workout. Would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a true and traditional CrossFit gym.
