CrossFit 623 in Surprise, Arizona is a highly recommended CrossFit gym with a welcoming and friendly community. The coaches are amazing, providing individualized attention and excellent instruction to help members improve their form and lift heavier weights. The gym has a great environment, with a bright and clean space that makes it an ideal place for both beginners and experienced CrossFitters. Visitors from out of state, such as Ohio and Maryland, have had a wonderful experience at the gym, feeling like they were part of the "CrossFit family." Overall, CrossFit 623 is an excellent choice for anyone looking to start or continue their CrossFit journey.
Dropped in for Open Workout 26.2 and they were very welcoming. Communication was great and I met multiple coaches at the gym. Great staff, really helpful. Easy location to get too. Would absolutely drop in or join if you’re in the Glendale area.
