Horrible customer service. The automated system sucks and the people answering are very skilled at pushing the hold button. On hold forever only for them to hang up on me. So rude!

I want to publicly thank Ms. Brenda. She is such a ray of sunshine. She goes above and beyond for her patients and for that I appreciate you. Don't know if she is my guardian angel over there but I thank you so much for your hard work. Not saying no one else care over there she just has the patience to help her patients out.

I recently switched insurances and didn't have my ID card in the mail yet. Out of pocket, my prescriptions would have been over $50, but the pharmacy tech Brenda found an Rx discount card and brought it down to $24. Amazing customer service and I highly recommend her.

This pharmacist is one of the worst pharmacists I've encountered! I can't divulge his name, I can tell you I doubt he or possibly his family is from the USA. I needed a refill of medicine during my visit here. He was of absolutely NO help and told me I wouldn't be able to find help for my issue. He had a week to contact me b4 the due date and didn't even attempt to extend any kind of courtesy to let me know of their issue. I've been a heathcare provider for 40 yrs, maybe if he had known that, he would have, but that just means he would treat the mainstream of patients in need like crap. I think this person is very judgemental and shouldn't even be in any aspect of Healthcare. Don't waste your time trying to get help from this location.

Not worth going to this pharmacy. Left hand doesn't talk to the right. They treat you like animals when trying to ask questions. Stay away!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They do not answer their phones- even when my doctor tried calling to fill my prescription. This has been happening over a two to three week period. I finally got through to the main store and asked the manager to transfer me and they picked up immediately after she told them to. The pharmacy manager proceeded to treat me so poorly on the phone when I was trying to explain the situation and spoke over me for the entire conversation- said that the phones are always picked up and all calls are recorded (blatant lie as even my doctors could not get through to them).There’s no need to be rude to people who are trying to get answers- especially when the healthcare system is so hard to deal with in the first place and you don’t know what people are going through.
