Rudest people ever. Walked up it was boarded up like a Covid plant. I asked if I could grab a pick up for the wife. The women said we open in 20 mins. I was waiting in the handicap chair for them to open. When they opened there was a line of 20 people. I went up and asked if I could just grab my pickup she told me No I had to wait in line. After explaining I was waiting in the handicap chair I can't stand for long period of time. (Hints the handicap parking by the door) I was told too bad. Not only that but I was sitting there listening to all of the pharmacy workers making fun of elderly folks for just showing up during your lunch break. Maybe spread out there precious lunch times and never close especially during peak hours for the people that need CVS pharmacies 12-4pm and treat people with a little respect. Very disappointed in CVS management.

This has to be one of the busiest CVS. Drive-thru line pharmacy always insane no matter time or day. They absolutely need more staff!

On hold for 50 minutes trying to get an antibiotic transferred to another pharmacy. they might be extremely understaffed for this to happen

Donald rang us out and noticed my little one was sick.. Donald was talking to him and asked if he would like an activity book with stickers which was an automatic yes. He was so kind and thoughtful. Earlier we were at Walgreens & there was zero compassion and everyone was rude.. thankful for the kind employees at CVS!! Thank you Donald.

When a customer returns an item, regardless of what it is, and the store manager states, you are the only one that has complained about the particular item, consequently they will not allow you to buy the item again! I've never heard of such behavior displayed by a store manager!!! Is it not possible the specific item was just bad, and I happened to be the "lucky" one to pick it? Well, here is a bulletin for store manager: YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER COMPLETELY! You won't have to worry about my buying that item again. I WILL NOT STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN, NOR WILL I SHOP AT CVS. As you are not a monopoly, I have many other choices of where to shop. So the next time you are rude to a customer and treat them with no respect, think twice...!!! You picked the wrong person...!!!

Always an extremely long line for the drive-through. I never spend less than 30 minutes waiting just to get to the window. The pharmacist working on duty or assistance are not in any hurry whatsoever I believe they don't care about the clients that they leave waiting outside.

The staff was helpful, courteous, and extremely fast! Rx was called into this pharmacy and my prescription was ready in under 10 minutes. What more could you ask for???

8/25/23 What an incredible bad experience at cvs pharmacy today. Ordered a pharmacy medication for express delivery this morning and should have arrived between 11a-1pm but never came. At 2 pm I went to the pharmacy to pick it up and ask about refund of delivery fee. I was told there was no refund for delivery fees even if delivery never came and that I would have to pay for prescription AGAIN. I asked to speak to someone in charge , she said it would be the pharmacist and she refused to come speak with me. I repaid for the prescription and the pharmacy technician tosses the prescription and the change across the counter at me(real mature) with some items landing on floor. I asked for her name and she refused and would not give me receipt which would have her I. D. On it. I told her I was not rude to her and she had no reason to be so rude to me- she told me to go somewhere else next time. WOW CVS PHARMACY!!!! Shame on you CVS for continuing to employ this person!

I had new insurance so I took my paperwork to this pharmacy to update it and pick up my RX. After sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes the tech at the window SARAH MIKHAEL is having trouble processing my new insurance. She calls another tech over, a guy who's names started with a Z (couldn't get a good look at the full name) after they stand there laughing and looking at me I ask if there is a problem. They both responded with no. After a few more minutes they said my date of birth isn't matching what insurance has. They can't tell me what insurance has as my DOB. When they gave me a printed copy of the rejection of my insurance, Sarah entered my insurance ID# WRONG! So I called the pharmacy to update my insurance with the correct information and the guy who answered the phone had the same accent as the guy who helped in the drive through. I gave him the correct ID# and now he tells me my insurance is expired. I called my insurance and after an hour of being on hold all my information is correct and my insurance is active. Every single time I deal with this pharmacy during the day when Sarah is working I have issues. She said she put my RX through to be filled, when I came back they didn't have a request to fill it. When they do get filled and I come to pick them up AFTER sitting in the drive thru a minimum of 30 minutes a trip I'm told it's been returned to stock/they don't have an RX ready for me or now my RX has expired and they can't help me. I've been coming to this store for years and always had decent service until this past year-year and a half. This store has gone to sh*t with filling RX's, their customer service and their wait times. And the tech I mentioned is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! She should be fired. I will continue to write bad reviews and make complaints against this store and this tech until they get rid of her. I've already pulled my RX from here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst CVS in the valley. I came in to get a diabetic sensor that DOES NOT require a prescription. The void behind the counter tried to argue this point and denied an out- of- pocket purchase of this sensor.Spoke to the store manager who proceeded to tell me that - quote - "we are the busiest store in the valley" (his name is William) when I informed him that this is the worst reviewed CVS in the Phoenix Valley. They are not the busiest in the valley, not even close. I attempted to call corporate; and no one answered at all.The location on 59th ave and Union Hills is by far the worst CVS location with the most incompetent staff that I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs.

Latest game retaliated bc I filed complaints, blacklisted me from store, saying illegal go to cvs ever, holding my critical rx hostage and fraudulently keeping insurance payment. Highly illegal, criminal and dangerous. Release my rx CVS. This is sick. Great lawsuit material but I just want my rx away from you.All I ever asked for was basic service and not having to return to store 6-8 times each month to get an rx filled and to be spoken to respectfully. Praying for quick resolution.

This CVS average hold times is about 38 min. This is based on the last 25 times I have called to straighten out my prescriptions over the last 5 months. Yea I use my phone to keep track of all the times... because I have nothing better to do while on hold

Eating pizza and filling perceptions seems pretty unsanitary. Hands down the worst pharmacy in the area judging by the lack of communication and this now being my third time back in one day to pick up a script for my fiancé that wouldn't you know... they still don't have. We are now sitting here in the waiting room waiting for them to have the script transferred since last Friday (4 days ago)

I absolutely hate my CVS in Glendale on 59th ave & Union Hills location! I would give them 0 stars if I could. They always take forever and you can never reach then on the phone! Rhe CVS in Las Vegas is wonderful and was trying to get one of my prescriptions transferred to Las Vegas and they tried for an hour and would accept their call. im going on a cruise for a week and now I won'thave my prescription refilled that i needed for the trip! I hate dealing with the CVS by my house in Glendale,AZ & wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Get it together CVS in Glendale, everything's better in Vegas

I arrived in the drive thru line at 7:15 pm. I left at 8:23 pm spending 20 min myself at the window. I had two prescriptions that I was told were ready. They couldn't find one then asked me AFTER I had waited for 45 min already if I'd come inside while they look more. Are you kidding? I'm almost afraid to look into the one bag to see if it's even correct! I'm sorry to all the people stuck in line behind me but I waited in that line too. Terrible. And now I have to go back? No. I'll be trying to get a new prescription now to be sent to a different pharmacy so I don't ever have to go there again. Ridiculous. Some person even walked up to the window and asked if anything was wrong. So embarrassing CVS. Just awful and I don't ever write YELP reviews but lucky you...you're my first!
