This CVS pharmacy is very rude and disrespectful to customers trying to fill their prescriptions and conveniently not accepting GoodRx coupons at a time of high inflation.

Slow and rude! Called at 11am was told my wife’s meds would be ready by 3pm. Came at 6:44pm to find out one of 3 prescriptions was ready and was met with an attitudes from both pharmacists. I don’t use cvs the hospital just sent them here. This is a great reminder why I stay away. DONT EXPECT MUCH FROM THIS PLACE.

this deserves 0 stars. no cvs is great but this one takes the cake for worst pharmacy experience. they didn’t listen to my voicemail, rudely interrupted me every time i tried to speak when they called back & made no attempt to resolve the issue at hand. whoever handles the phone at this pharmacy location should find a new job that requires no human interaction. i will never go to cvs again, they suck

DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS! This is the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Good luck calling or getting any questions or refills here without an absolute headache. The guy answering the phones is the worst customer service I've ever had, and that's after myself and my insurance company were hung up on 3 times each. He snapped at me telling me there's no questions over the phone because they're short staffed, I have to just come in. 3 times being hung up on and he tells me nothing. Every time it's something here. I'd rather get my prescriptions from a guy in a trenchcoat at a park. 👎
IA: I would just like to reiterate that since I posted this review, it's only gotten worse. This pharmacy and everyone in it needs to be fired. None of them care, none of them have an ounce of customer service in them, and it's always a headache getting anything from anyone here, and obviously the company doesn't care because nothing's changed. Disgusting.

To Whom It May Concern,
I want to bring to your attention an unacceptable experience I had at CVS Pharmacy involving the head pharmacist, “RAM.” While traveling from New Mexico, I stopped at this location to purchase insulin syringes for my grandfather, who has diabetes. Unfortunately, he had forgotten his supplies at home.
When I requested the syringes, I was informed that a prescription was required. I explained that my understanding was no prescription is needed for insulin syringes based on my research. Instead of offering assistance or clarifying the policy, RAM acted in a very unprofessional and rude manner. He judged me unfairly, even going so far as to call me a drug user. When I asked him to verify my grandfather’s prescription history, he refused and abruptly shut the window.
This behavior was highly disrespectful and uncalled for, particularly from someone in a leadership position. RAM’s attitude and unwillingness to assist left me feeling judged and frustrated. I believe this matter should be addressed seriously. At the very least, I expect an apology, and I would appreciate it if disciplinary action were considered to ensure this kind of treatment does not happen to others.
Thank you for your attention to this matter

The store is clean and well stocked the employees of the store are helpful. The Pharmacy not so much the techs are but the Pharmacist is not nice he is very rude and acts like he is in a major hurry and you are just an inconvenience to him if you have a question about any of the medications. I called about a certain medication and i wanted to know if the symptom i asked about was normal for that medication or if i should discontinue it and he was very dismissive not helpful at all very discouraging when you reach out to a medical "professional" and they act like that towards the patient i understand they are busy but the Pharmacist is awful i give him 0 stars i wish i knew his name so they know who it is but he didn't say .

PHARMACY HANGS UP AND WILL IGNORE YOU

This is the worst CVS that I have ever been to. They are arrogant and think they are doing someone a favor. The Pharmacy will ignore you; the Pharmacist runs the place like it's his. They will laugh at you when you complain and ignore you even more. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place. I am sure it won't be here long, if it stays open then you probably can expect it to get even worse if that's even possible. They just don't care, all of them are diversity hires. They let their relatives steal the place blind. Corporate should pay attention to this complaint and do something about it. But I doubt they even care. Stay far away from this hell hole. The Olive Ave. CVS has got to go. Close it down, its worthless. Now I wonder about the rest of them.

My daughter went to pick up my prescriptions that I have had filled several times at that pharmacy and they charged her for them. She said it should not have a charge because my mom has met her deductible. The lady said that was run thru the insurance. So we went back to get a refund and they gave us a hard time. Apparently my insurance did not cover it this time because it was only a 30 day supply and now they require a ,,90 day supply. I said you should have never filled it or I should have been notified prior. I'm transferring all my meds to another pharmacy. These people were so rude

They charged me for meds that should have been covered by insurance and refused to even try to make it right. The whole interaction they think I’m trying to return pills and refuse to acknowledge my actual request. They were very rude and dismissive. You are better off trusting another pharmacy with your meds.

This place is very bad. They don't treat the customers well. They have a attitude. I went for vaccination. I checked with my insurance. They said I could get it for free. But the person who was trying to help was utterly useless and rude and said insurance doesn't cover it. Again I checked with insurance. I am eligible for free.

I walked into this place, just got off work, a friend is at the Urgent Care about to go to the hospital and I'm being followed the entire time. One employee even stood at the end of the aisle and pointed at me to someone I couldn't see. I may have been dirty, I did just get off work but I didn't deserve that level of scrutiny and embarrassment. As I walked to the checkout I was then followed and watched as I PAID for all my items I asked if I could use the restroom and I was told in the smugest most belittling way that the restrooms are not for the public. I won't shop here again if I don't absolutely need to

Absolutely ridiculous! I can never get a hold of anyone on the phone, had to leave a message. When they called me back they answered a few questions and just put me on hold mid conversation no warning or anything, Ive had them hang up on me before too. What is going on with this place ? Where is management?

CVS as a whole is a horrible corporation. They simply do not care.
This particular location is terrible. The pharmacist and pharmacy staff simply do not listen and they both give incorrect information on a regular basis.

This pharmacy is not part of CVS so right there is reason to not go, because when they treat patients poorly there's no one to help. They are so sweet and great service until you have to get a controlled substance prescribed. They blame the legitimate patients with legitimate needs and legitimate Rx for causing them legal problems, so it's like they turn on you I was given such a hard time, and when they mess around with a medication that's got the patient dependent on their service, it's hard to be sweet and calm while in withdrawals because of their ridiculous way of handling controlled medications. Then they have reason to boot you from their business since you got perturbed by their unwilling attitude toward proper and timely filing of the Rx Wait 4 days when the medication runs out so they can see IF they will deign fill it?? Blaming the patients for their lack of oversight is abusive. Walmart did the same thing. Walgreens at 67th and Olive does not hassle legitimate patients with legitimate needs and legitimate Rx. These non CVS pharmacies inside CVS ought to be shut down for lack of proper patient care
