Ann at the Glendale branch was very professional, courteous, welcoming, friendly, and helpful when I went to the bank on July 26. I have always found all of staff extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Having dealt with staffs at banks for 69+ years, I can assure anyone that you will not be disappointed in dealing with the employees at this branch.

I’ve been going to this branch since they opened. I appreciate that they greet me by name when I walk in. Carolyn recently went out of her way to help us with some of our banking needs.

Going to the credit union was a huge mistake. I am from out of state and had authorization to withdraw a semi large sum of money.The woman with shoulder length red hair, tall and somewhat bothered by a customer who asked for a withdraw from her funds at no charge was dismissed and told to use the atm. When we approached she stated that copperstate would only distributei 500.00 and directed us to the ATM and of all places “WALMART”! She redirected us to another c.u. Refused to help with a cashiers check and stated we should go clear accross town and try that cu. We were so put off and out by this woman who clearly wanted nothing to do with the beautiful black woman directed to use the atm or our business both being of Spanish American descent that I finally got up and left.We headed to Sunwest Credit Union who were more than helpful and happy to assist with NO issues or restrictions. Less than 1.5 miles away .I wrote this wondering how a credit union secured by the federal government with all guidelines and regulations could be that ignorant and (excuse me, racially motivated) I’nmy opinion. Good luck obtaining new customers as treating others as though they are beneath this woman’s sad demeanor and low self esteem. Never again will I participate at this banking institution. I will also say the hours in which business is condiucted are ludicrous .

Was really disappointed when I went there and they told me they no longer accepted rolled coin. But would charge me to use there counter, so much for accepting u.s money

The worst bank ever.I love deer valley credit union - then copper state took over…They encourage using “Penny” and their automated services. To activate your card you have to use their automated service. After entering al your info the service prompts that they will get someone to help you. Then it hangs up on you! This happened to me all 3 times I had to activate a card.Every time you call the bank for help, expect to be on hold for at least 20 mins. That is the fasted response time I have ever gotten. Their hours are not feasible for people who work a normal shift job.I can’t switch banks fast enough
