A nice store but it seriously frustrates me that they don’t carry ANY Eagles merchandise in the store. It would have been really nice to not have to order online, like we did in 2018.

We have had very good experiences at this location, specifically with Sarah, Mike, and Jim (regarding bike issues we were having). You helped to make a very challenging situation more bearable. Thank you for all of your help!

If your planning on buying anything from here now they do not let you exchange anything and if you want a refund only can get it back the way you paid for it you can't even get store credit anymore so don't buy anything from here for someone else just in case it don't fit or they don't like it because they won't exchange it anymore as of 12/29/2024 I bought stuff for my son for Christmas and went to exchange it and this is what they told me so buyer beware

Was in town visiting family for the holidays and I am so glad I came here. Hannah in the shoe department was absolutely phenomenal!! She is so kind and knowledgable, I wish I could come back to this store everytime just for her!!

Consider any other store or shop online. Worst experiences I’ve had at a retail store in a very long time. Hard to find staff and employees with obvious attitude of not wanting to be there.
Had a three year old child lost me brought to an employee who was clearly annoyed at the idea and how we inconvenienced them from their cell phone to help find the child’s parents…
On check not a single word said from the employee… no Hi how was your experience or thank you for spending $ here. If I didn’t need the items that afternoon I would have walked away.

Every time I come here, which by pure necessity, it's always a game of seeing which person standing around I get to talk to who will promise to call someone else who will eventually show up to help us.

The store is dirty. Hard to make a decision on $167.00 shoes when the store can't execute basic cleanliness. Thick dust everywhere in shoe dept.

By far the worst shoe buying experience I’ve ever had. You almost have to tackle someone just to help you and if you don’t they purposely do not make eye contact and you will be ignored.

Nice store but one checkout clerk for this huge store with 6 people in line. Asked the clerk and he indicated he's all alone. Spent 250.00 and had to wait in line for 20 minutes with ONE check out person. Glendale AZ Store. What's up folks. You obviously don't care about your customers
