  The worst place ever. The employee and manager I worked with were horrible. No professionalism and clearly need to look for another line of business.

  The women's shoe dept was severely understaffed. One salesperson was trying her best to wait on 4 or 5 people. Helping us find shoes, shoe sizes,re-package and restock the shoes and boots that didn't work. Dillard's can and should do better. Higher more people! At least set up a system where associates from other depts can come over and help out their coworkers and your customers!!!

  I purchased a leather jacket at the Glendale, Arizona location on Christmas Eve for my fiancé. I go back on the 28th to buy my fiancé, some shoes and find out that The jacket is 40% off. I asked the clerk if they can refund me the difference Or in-store credit and she said pretty much said no way! Unless you have the tag still on the jacket there is no possible way. Again, corporate greed at its BEST!! Keep in mind I don’t like shopping, but when I do, I used to love going to Dillard’s that would be my go to place. Well, not that it matters much to a big corporation, but I’m no longer goin back.

  My wife and I were at Dillard’s a couple days ago. She spent some time at the Lancôme counter and I first looked around at various clothes, fragrances and, finally, sunglasses, where I bought a pair of Oakleys. Not the usual kind of Oakleys one thinks of when mentioning Oakleys, but a nonetheless very stylish, very nice shades! I like Dillard’s and I will be back - for one thing, when I was looking at sunglasses, I almost got this specific pair of Ray-Bans that had some great lenses! I also would like to get some clothes there too.

  I went to the store to purchase a man's dress suit. I did not dress up to do this. I could not get the salesman to talk to me, even though I entered the department thrice and was totally ignored. I believe his name is Ralph (Department manager). On the third trip through the department, I spoke to Ralph and politely told him I would have purchased a suit, but I could not even get him to say "hello" to me. Ralph acted like I did not belong in his department, and he was too good to assist me. I finally came back on a different day, and Steve helped me the first time around. What a contrast of salespeople. If it were not for Steve, I would have gone to Macy's and purchased the suit there. By looking down on customers, you're letting many sales slip through the cracks because every man will need to buy a suit at some time.

  Customer service is pathetic. This used to be a class establishment. Now it's more like a gift wrapped Target Store.

  I used to really like this mall but given the fact that something of mine was stolen and the employees couldn't really even be bothered to deal with it... And after basically being told to pound sand...
  
  Well suffice to say I will not be returning any time soon to a place like this that tantamount supports theft

  They are still kind of pricey. I was going to use a gift certificate to buy a couple much needed bras. There wasn't a bra there less than $60. When I'm ready to a deal, then I'll be back.
