If i could give negative stars i would!Usually they treat me great and help out with pro rating tires. Worst experience i have had with them. Front tires worn out, 55k mile tires and only lasted 30k. Told me it's and alignment issue on the yukon, showed them paper work from big o tire when I got the alignment done when those tires were purchased brand new. So now I got bad deal on junk tires plus they push their alignment, but yet they won't even cover it if you have paper work showing alignment was done. They usually treat me great at this location and I literally go out of my way to go to this location. Get my tires rotated and balanced at 6k miles but the last one was 10k miles so another they didn't want to pro rate. So make sure you keep all paper work to show them even though it did me no good!

The guy at the front desk very helpful. Not good at time management.said 1 1/2 I would be out almost 5 hrs...argh

I try to avoid this location because they always try to upsale me things I don't need. They told me I needed lugnuts because of some story about double caps on mine and then replaced them with ones that looked exactly the same. It's funny how the other discount I regularly go to put new tires on and have checked my pressure and never said a word about this.

When we went to pick up the vehicle, it was left UNLOCKED and the driver's window was rolled down. They also left the center cap off one of the wheels so we had to go back so they could find it. We will not be using Discount any longer after they were so irresponsible with our vehicle.

Discount is generally pretty good. But I called to ask how much to mount and balance 4 tires. And all he could say was ummm probably like 80-100 around there. Shouldn’t you know how much is is to mount and balance a tire at a tire shop. I mean. Know I’m being petty but it’s like he didn’t care or care to look. Just saying.

Just got my tires rotated and balenced yesterday. Today I noticed my drivers side tire a lil low so I checked the air pressure. I found out that no tire was accurate at least 8-12 psi off. I spent 20 minutes before leaving for work DOING DISCOUNTS' EMPLOYEE'S JOB. Thanks. Discount your the best.

Would've given 5 stars but I am a bit upset. I went in just to get two new tires which I got but I told the guy I didn't want windshield wipers and I knew I had to replace ONE of them the other one was brand new the other just fell off on the highway. I told him my budget and he basically took advantage of me by charging me $44 for 2 new windshield wipers. I didn't suspect anything since he didn't mention it at check out but I realized it when I got home and saw the receipt. I am pissed. I feel like cause I'm a woman and don't know much about cars he tried to up sell me without letting me know what I was paying for. I won't be coming back here and Ill go to other discount tires but I am beyong angry and upset. That's money I couldve used for my oil change or food!!!

Not the best experience, thought I would give it a second chance and same uncaring results. Driving on a flat not able to get tires until Next week, no better options presented, was just ready to make a sale or get me out of the way for the next person. Ive had good experiences at other locations but not this one and wont be going back and definitely will recommend friends and family not to either. Left on a flat dealership was better able to offer options and assistance to make sure I was able to drive home today.

Excellent!!!! These guys are awesome. Customer service is great and they do really good work. They helped me make the best decision for myself and didn't try to over sell. I had a great experience!
