Two days in a row the store has been out of bags for the cashiers to put items in. How is it the management has not taken the initiative to get some bags from another store? And when trying to call the store to see if they have bags yet, I can't even get them to answer the phone

I can't believe this happened. I come to this store regularly... this morning I went to go buy some groceries...walked in and the cashier waited for me to get all my items in the cart. I got to the register and the cashier says no I'm not ringing this up for you because you stole from here you walked out with a cart of food. WTH? First off I'm no where near able to take anything from any store. And a cart full? Damn someone was brave. But I feel offended, more like discriminated. I'm native. And I walk to this store because I don't have my own ride to go elsewhere. 🤬 now I'm back home with no food. And pissed off for being accused of some bs.

I would give this location a 5 star because the staff here ROCKS & the prices are pretty good but I'm only given it 3 stars because it's the scariest parking lot to shop at after dark. There are absolutely NO PARKING LOT LIGHTS ON AT ALL. You will think it's closed when you pull up. It's just weird how day after day l- month after month.... no parking lot lights.I don't like this. Not the best neighborhood already then add the bar a few spaces down & all the homeless people sleeping around here... it's uncomfortable for a female to shop after sunset. Idk why the lights aren't on. Employees are the best so fix the dang lights. Hello. You know they have been out over a year now. Come on.

How can you build on brand loyalty and have customer loyalty as well as a loyalty program to go with it and never have a product on the shelf? If you never have the items a customer wants to buy stocked in your stores?? How exactly are you wanting to get ahead and build the company? I stop coming here because of these issues in a lot of your stores in the entire Phoenix market! And things you don’t have in stock hairspray, some cleaners, trash bags, deodorant, air fresheners??? Man what’s going on?? This store has continued to be a problem in this neighborhood. From not getting help at the cash wrap, under stocked, cleanliness, friendliness, under staffed and the store being a cramped mess in the allies. Just terrible. Local market and regional leadership should be ashamed. What a poor store. The poor employees that do work here. I feel sorry for them.

I live right In the area and have no vehicle atm,so this dolla general has been a lifesaver more than once. You just have to know your prices!

Went in tonight for some snacks and was charged for a item we didn't purchase And it's not even in the bag so that's suspicious. I understand if something was on the register and things get mixed up but it would be in the bag after you scanned and I could return it, but it's not even in the bag.

All those upset about stuff in isle just be happy u have a store close to u to shop at there are far more important thing to complain about the conviency heck I find customer bring in there kids that they have no control over and let run crazy more of an issue the stuff in the isle ....ps make sure u have urself policed up and squared away before telling others to do so

I was at this location on 9/16/23. On coupon day, I did not get my discount The cashier was rude, She was rude to customer before me.. SHE JUST KEPT SAYING , WHAT DO U EXPECT TO PAY..if I could do no strs I would. I would not be returning

One of the managers, Kristian takes my dog food, multiple bags out to my car. And he always has a smile and a wonderful mood.
