Prices suck, I don't think you're going to find much of anything here for a dollar. Aside from that the store was clean, checkout was fast, the workers were friendly and professional

Check out girl didn't acknowledge the lady before me, me or the one behind me.
I had a full cart and was stacking all the bags in the cart and she didn't bother to let me know I couldn't take the cart out so I had to struggle with 10 bags to my car. At least another purchaser helped me to my car.
As a manager of a store I don't expect the best but at least acknowledge guests and warn them.

They did not have much in stock for decorations and when I went to check out, my total was $20 and all I had was a $50. The manager refused to break it stating there was no change in the building. Like what? It's a retail store. How is there no change in the register?

I mean it's a dollar store. ??♀️??♀️ Some things are worth it but many things you can get cheaper at Frys or Walmart. Today when we went there were no carts. Yes there were lots of people but only about 5 people had carts. I have no clue how there was only 5 carts and only a couple baskets.

Disgusting. Let's just say the "manager" ignores dogs' butts directly on/in the carts. You know, where your purchases go? (And, if you remind Thomas-this-week's-manager that that's illegal, he'll threaten to call the cops on you. For wanting a non-dog-butt cart. Seriously.) It's not your imagination. Look up the articles in Time and Business Insider on the (lack of) hygiene in Family Dollar and Dollar Tree stores. Even without the disgusting pet dogs allowed in as if they were remotely legal, the places are disgusting. You can get EVERYTHING there cheaper online anyway and not have to risk catching toxoplasmosis from someone's mutt.

One Cashier on register 1. HUGE line all the way down the aisle and no one cared. You can here employees hanging out in the little office laughing away in the corner by the balloons
