DT is by far the best of the value stores, they feature a wide range of items all priced at $1.25. Many national brands and great selection of stuff for seasonal gift baskets.

Honestly the store has a lot of variety in items and is overall pretty clean and well organized. My only issue was that I was buying several glass items and asked for a box. They refused to give me a box and stated that the cashier would have to wrap my glass items in newspaper, which I responded that it wasn’t an issue as long as they could make it work. The cashier then proceeds to ask me if I was going to wrap all the items or I wanted him to do it. In an effort to be considerate I told him I would do it, anyways he finishes scanning all my glass items and proceeds to just watch my wrap my items and not help. Like???? Sir I’m literally doing your job, he could’ve at least helped me, since the line kept getting longer and everyone was just waiting on me. Anyways customer service to me is very important and honestly it did affect my experience.

Store experience was great got everything I was looking for. I'm writing this more out of concern. I stopped by tonight 3/31/23 at about 7:00 pm did anyone else notice that the entire store smelled of wet mold...it was really strong. I'm not sure if it was but just concerned for the employees and shoppers inhaling that if it was.

I love DT for getting craft supplies and such. But they seem to be getting less and less of the wood craft blanks. It's so hard to find anything here anymore. I was told by the employees that they stop getting them or ordering them (can't remember which term she used) because they weren't big sellers there. I find that hard to believe cuz I've had conversations with strangers in the store looking also and they also said they were big shoppers of the wood crafts like I am. Oh well, not having supplies I'm looking for actually saves me lots of money cuz I'm not spending in there anymore.

There's lines down the aisles to managers stand there talking occasionally getting on the microphone asking another person to come up to their register as they stand there for a good 15 minutes. As far as the election and the store is a huge store they got lots of stuff management needs them skills and taking care of customers

To the manager of Store 2975: Your main cashier, Nallely, needs to properly get the next customer who has been waiting in line when opening a second register. A customer with a basket full of glass items was holding up the line. I was waiting patiently with 3 small items in hand, as well as a mother with 2 kids, was behind me. Nallely was helping wrap the glass items as her co worker was cashier. I spotted a male employee walk onto the sales floor from the managers booth. Nallely notices a customer with a handful of helium balloons get in line behind me and the mother of 2. It wasn’t until then Nallely decides to get on a register and immediately helps the lady with the balloons. I spoke up and firmly stated, “I’m next in line”. Nallely did assist me. BUT only because I spoke up. She CLEARLY saw me waiting, next in line, as she was wrapping the glass items for her co worker. Anyone who works retail should automatically know to take the next customer who has been waiting the longest. Either walk directly to that customer and let them know your gonna open a register to help them. Or make direct eye contact to that customer who should be assisted “next in line”. Not the last customer at the end who has only been waiting less than a minute. I’ve worked as a retail cashier for over 10 yrs. This is a Golden Rule all employees of retail should know by now, if they don’t. Greeting the customer with a smile and a “Hello” as they approach your register is good customer service also. Your employees need proper basic customer service 101 training. They represent your store, as well as the company.

It was good. Still got what I went for cheaply, but they should change their name to Dollar Twenty Five tree because everything has gone up a quarter.
