I visited this store on 2/26/25, the manager I believe her name is Dionna was so rude and extra. I was looking for wipes in the store when I seen her I said “Excuse me”. She responded “Yeah!” I asked do you have flushable wipes? She was so rude with a aggressive demeanor and responded “Well we have wipes everywhere, other there, other there, in different aisle what type do you need! Goes on a rant yelling, my youngest son and I are looking at her it was actually embarrassing. I just said ma’am you are being hostile and really rude its ok thank you. After I walked off she yelled well maybe I’m just too much for you. I will never shop there again. I will be calling corporate thats ridiculous.

It's not all 1.25. Now, they have items that are more money, so be careful what you grab. But this dollar store always has a great selection of party supplies, including balloons.

I was in this store on Friday January 31st and had the least pleasant employee interaction that I have ever had at a Dollar Tree. I generally find that the employees in this store to be very pleasant and friendly.
This time I unfortunately had to experience the worst customer service I have ever had at a Dollar Tree. Carlos was the cashier on duty and was too busy on a personal phone call via his earbuds. I was not greeted in any manner but he told his phone called to hold on in a very annoyed muffled tone. He continued his conversation while ringing up my five items. He tossed my items in a bag flung it on the counter as I was paying he walked away. He then turned back and said "oh do you want a receipt?". I said no and he walked off.
I have shopped in this store for years. If this is what your customer service is going to be like I will shop at one of the other Dollar Tree stores in the area.
To the Manager, you really need to train your employees on BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Carlos has NONE!

After I got to the register behind another woman the cashier stated that his line was closed. This was fine except the tone that he said it in was kinda rude and he looked directly at me when he said it like this other woman didn’t get in the line half of a second before me. I stepped to the other line whatever and then a man proceeds to get into the “closed” line behind the same woman I was just behind and he says not one word to him and proceeds to let the man load his items onto the belt. The cashier didn’t have that same rude energy with the man. I promptly put my 2 items back and left. Won’t return. I can afford to spend my money in better places.

I came in on my lunch break to grab a few things and typically don’t mind waiting a few minutes to get checked out. The lady in front the cashier attempted to call the manager manager said she was too busy to help us because she was doing something and then we could just sit And wait. The manager is terrible. 10/10 don’t recommend

I’m very dissatisfied with this store. The shelf price on all these chips clearly says $1.25. However when I was checking out they rung up for $3.25 the cashier said she couldn’t change the price the manager said they couldn’t change the price. When I went back to the shelf they still left them on the shelf for the same price.
This is falsely advertised and it’s baffles me that they are unwilling to change the price to the correct price.
Other than that the cashier was very nice and the store is pretty much clean.

Store is usually well maintained but I wish somebody would give these people some coffee, a raise or something!! They’re always sour faced and grumpy. You greet them when you come to the register and they act like it’s hard to hello.
