Gym is not good. Its overcrowded and has homeless people in it. Does not feel safe in there for me and my family anymore.Could also be a fire hazard with the place being overcrowded shoulder to shoulder in there.

Seriously they have the worst app EVER and HORRIBLE customer service on the app!!!They even recently "updated" it and I don't know how but actually made it worse! With the newest update you can only choose one class, one location during your search. So each time, you have to go back in and change the filters. Also, they changed the time to Military time with no option to change it to your preference. This is all IF you can get the app to work because most of the time the app glitches out!As far as the gym, it's so dirty! Most of the time hand sanitizers are empty, spray bottle don't work and the cheap paper towels fall apart. The fitness classroom floors are disgusting and the equipment is so disgusting. Front desk is worse than Walmart greeters. There is one girl who actually watches cartoons on her laptop! They never even look up when you sign in. On a good note, they have a few great group fitness instructors which is the only reason to go there (but getting harder by the day). More pictures to come...

Very disappointing due to really using EOS for the basketball court and almost every single Saturday and Sunday morning the door being locked. We arrive around 7am and the girl(s) at the front desk week after week use the same excuse somebody lost the key to the gym door. Do to this it causes us to have to drive to another EOS on thunderbird. This issue wastes time, the money I spend on the membership and not to mention fuel. Please find a solution to this issue.

The only reason I gave it 1 star was because I couldn’t give it zero stars. Customer service is horrible. I paid my monthly membership at the front desk and the young lady told me they were going to waive the late fee. The next month I was charged for the previous months late fee because they never waived the previous month. Spoke to a Joseph on the phone and he was no help. He stated it would take 14-28 days to get my refund and that’s if the form “is approved.” On multiple occasions there have been people smoking weed in the locker rooms. I have notified staff and nothing has been done. I was shocked when the grass area is used by teens to wrestle each other for hours while everyone who is trying to stretch or actually workout have to move in the corner. Once again I notified staff and nothing has been done. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM LOCATION ITS HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE.

Don't sign up here. Bathrooms are always dirty, equipment doesn't seem to get cleaned. There's like 2 or 3 sanitation stations, but cleanliness is not enforced whatsoever. Never seen a staff member clean equipment, only the floors. The worst part, they squeeze you for every penny they can. My account was on a freeze, and after the freeze ended (with no warning or notice), they charged me the annual fee, and also charged me for the monthly member fee, all without even letting me know my account was no longer frozen. I called trying to get reimbursed, but of course that didn't happen. I told the manager to cancel my account, he responded that it was cancelled and that I no longer would be charged. Here I am 1 month later being charged again. They say it's part of the "policy" that when you cancel you still have to pay AGAIN the next month. This place is a joke. Staff is not friendly or welcoming from what I experienced. So many better gyms, but in all honestly I'd rather workout at home then go back to this crowded, dirty, gym that is over capacity most of the time anyways. Thanks for nothing EOS.

Used to be a professional and streamlined gym with excellent classes to choose from! Theirgroup fitness classes are the reason I chose them over the other gyms I live by. Their app and website has been down for over two months. As far as the group fitness class schedule goes, you can’t book or view the times correctly. And nobody at the front desk ever knows what’s going on or even can tell you what the class schedule is for that night?? Disappointing.Updated: to the owner- the website doesn’t load the class times either so that’s not an option, as I stated earlier in my review. I canceled my membership last month.

Decent clean gym, don't go at 3-430. That's when all the high school bros show up throwing everything around. Staff is a little lazy about refilling the cleanup stations and helping keep the floor clear of random weights and equipment.The staff/"coaches" are lazy and more concerned about socializing and checking their social media accounts. Have never seen one teach people proper gym etiquette or help keep floor organized. This is the main problem with commercial gyms.

A girlfriend of mine had a couple of guest passes, tried it out after going to Esporta for a month (previously LA Fitness)EOS has great membership pricing! However, I do agree that at times it can be overly crowded. Overall the facility is VERY dirty . Not enough sanitary stations & they do not enforce people to wipe down the equipment. Some of the machines smell REALLY bad & that alone is pretty gross! Regular cleaning and maint. needed in the sauna as well.

Went to this gym for years and had no issues. The place eventually became way too crowded and impossible to work out using specific machines in any meaningful time frame. When attempting to cancel my membership the management decided to argue over a $25 fee and hang up on me. They then called me back to say they would waive the fee and, as a hilarious side note, accuse me of hanging up the first call when I clearly heard the physical phone being placed onto a receiver. Not sure who hired the extremely petty manager that wants to fight people but they need an attitude check or they need a new job that isn't customer service.

Okay so I get that it's a business and all but I don't appreciate cold calling. Like my fiance went there to tour and she listed me down as an emergency contact. And that's cool and all, she's my fiance so yeah if something happened I would want to know. But don't call me asking me to join when I didn't even put my name down nor did I even fill any application giving them permissionto call me. And I just find out that they called her mom as well trying to get her to sign up. Again, I get the need to get people to join and that some places offer incentives to employees who do. But unsolicited calling is a really bad look on any company and screams "please join my gym, we're desperate and badly want you here because our business is terrible." Like I'm sure they might have a really nice gym and what not, but them cold calling me like that especially while at work is not okay, and I will definitely not he joining the gym in the foreseeable future

Eos fitness cheats people. They advertise 0 enrollment fee and gets 51$ in additional without telling us. I joined 6 months before with 50$ enrollment fee they never told me about annual fee on top of enrollment fee . I made sure I asked more than once on other fees but they said nothing else. They get our signature on the monitors which doesn’t show any information. After a week I saw they took 60+51$ from my account . I tried to call them and I went in and spoke but v poor response and they are not believing me. They are showing my signature on a paper in which it states 51$ annual fee which wasn’t shown to me when I enrolled. I told them to cancel myMembership that also they didnt do . Now they put me into collections and asking me to pay for additional 3 months.It’s a big cheating system no one tells the truth.

This gym is great! The staff is always friendly and the only time I had an issue with unexpected fees Nicholas at the front desk took care of it and explained everything. Would definitely recommend!

Manager Taylor is rude & disrespectful, do not recommend going to this location, Taylor did not try anything to keep me as a customer & also said during the conversation "To be honest, I don't care if we lose you as a customer" Excuse me? I pay you a YEARLY + MONTHLY FEE & that is how you treat a Client?Poor management skills & extremely unskilled on how to have a conversation with Clients.
