Parking: Front row parking but a limited amount. I went on a Sunday morning and it was full. There’s a lot next to the building though.

store hours on the door say open @6am, I showed up @7:30am and there was 2 girls inside just slowly getting things together with the lights off and the doors locked, this isn’t the first time either lmao

I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up at 7am (store hours state open at 6). When I arrived, the lights were off and the door was locked but there were at least 4 employees I could see in the dining room. A couple looked over to where myself and another customer were standing outside the door but continued doing what they were doing. I knocked twice, but was not acknowledged. Later I called and spoke to the general manager who told me I needed to call a number for a refund (the number went to a voicemail). I asked why they were not open at 7 and she said the oven was broken. I asked why they didn't acknowledge their customers and was told that if she wasn't fixing the oven and just standing by the door the whole time, the oven would have never gotten fixed. I was appalled by her lack of customer service and dismissive attitude. She only apologized at the very end of the call in a very insincere way. I just cannot believe anyone would run their store this way. It would not have been very hard to send one of the several employees over to the door to explain to the customers what happened. I would steer clear of this place as it appears by other reviews, this is the typical experience.

Ordered online for pickup. Showed up at 8 to a store that hadn't been opened. No bagels, doors locked. Sign on door said opening time was 7. Very confused and upset about this. Order was charged and everything.Very unprofessional. Basically theft. Do not patronize this company, they will take your money and be closed when you show up.Edit: I'm not jumping through hoops so you can attempt service recovery. If a place has posted hours literally on the door and doesn't abide by them, I don't think it's up to me to email and describe, etc. let me know what you think will make this right, because I think my accurate review about the way you treat your customers is basically the only thing close to making it right

I went there on my bday to get my free egg sandwich. There were a lot of choices of the egg sandwiches, 10 to be exact. The ham & Swiss egg sandwich with the vanilla cream cold brew that I got was super yummy. Service was quick and friendly. I think she was the manager who took care of me and I loved that she wished me a happy birthday.

My boyfriend placed and paid for a pick up order this morning. When he got there the lady who manages it ignored him standing there for 3 min, then finally turned around and said"Yeah"He said I'm here for a pick up, gave his name, then she said "we don't have an order for you"He pulled out his phone , showed his order, and showed it was paid for.She said "well I don't see one"He asked if they would make his order in which he paid for, she said no.He asked how does he get his money back, and she said " that isn't my problem"This is just wrong. He paid for food, and was denied to have it made, then denied any answer on how to get a refund.Rude management, and not a good business to just steel money from someone.
