“I visited this establishment to see if I could have a small thin wire that had broken on an old battery tester repaired. As soon as I showed the tester to the lady at the counter ( Nadia ) she took it into the back of the shop. Less than five minutes later the broken wire was soldered better than new and I was told there was no charge. Where can you get this type of friendly and efficient service anymore ? I asked the name of the gentleman who made the repair and I was told his name is Oleg, the owner of the shop. Kudos to Nadia and Oleg for proving that service such as this still exists. IN the future I will trust them with any repair and recommend them highly. Jack M.”

“I needed a new battery for my 2 year-old SUV. I called the local car dealer where I bought the vehicle and the earliest service appointment was in 6 or 7 days. Plus, the battery I needed was currently not in stock. The service manager suggested I check with Costco and BatteriesPlus. Costco also did not have the battery, but my favorite BatteriesPlus store did! Michael took my call and he put my name on the battery. When I came to buy the battery, around 90 minutes after my phone call, Sheila helped me through the purchase process and then showed me, in detail, how to install the new battery. I have gone to this BatteriesPlus store for many years and have asked for help with some pretty bizarre battery needs. This team has never let me down! Thank you!”
