“My daughter was down for Thanksgiving and left her phone on top of her car. Well, not noticing, she drove off and as you can imagine, that screen did not survive the impact. Frantic, I called many repair providers and they all went straight to voice mail! Then I called sun cellular. I remember his name today, Ian. Ian for sure heard the stress in my voice as I didn't want my daughter to drive all the way home without a phone; he was so helpful and kind.! He assured me that his tech, Alex, would be there promptly despite it being a holiday. And within 35 minutes of me calling sun cellular, Alex was there. He had my daughters phone fixed in 7 minutes! If you ever need a repair these are the two you want to handle it! Thanks again Alex and Ian!!!”

“I needed support to get my scan capability on my new HP printer. I was unable to do it as the required drivers were not available. Rachel walked me through the process and then updated my computer, added a new virus software service, downloaded the required drivers and checked everything out. The printer now does everything it is supposed to, my virus software has been updated and I am very pleased with Rachel's work. I am 81 years old, have impaired hearing (use blue-tooth connection for my phone) and Rachel never tired of my asking to repeat anything, gave thorough report of what she was doing and the progress of her efforts. She is an asset to your organization and I will not hesitate to contact her if I need any further help. I seriously doubt that will be necessary though.”

“Looked around online they had the most stars so i called, told them what was going on w my phone! (Touch screen wasnt working) they told me if i booked an apt online i could save $20! It was easy & they had same day times! Waited a little over a hr! Got ice cream next door came back to my phone working & even gave me a discount on a screen protector! He was very understanding & helpful! It was less than $150 for everything! Diagnosis, repair & protector! It could have been cheaper too! (Chose a more $$$ screen) There also is warranty for a 1yr & 30days for protector! Very satisfied customer! Really good price & service! Would recommend! Muchas gracias!”

“Overall, I was pleased with the customer service at CPR. I went to other repair stores that estimated I would have to pay anywhere from $250-300 for the repair to my phone. At CPR, I only ended up paying a little over $90. They were friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced and went the extra mile in trying to fix the problem without ordering a new part.The only thing preventing a five star rating is that they initially ordered the wrong part for my repair, so the service took an extra week than originally expected. I don't think that would be a common issue for most, though. Other than that, I would highly recommend.”

“I have a vintage stereo receiver that needed service and contacted Melrose TV VCR & Stereo Repair to see if it was something they could work on. Richard enthusiastically replied that he could and I brought it to him the next day. I told him the problem and he let me know that it would be a week before he could look at it, but that he'd call and give me a quote before starting the repair. A week later Richard called with a quote and I gave him the OK to go ahead. A week after that and he called to let me know it was done. From those conversations and our chat when I picked up the receiver I could tell that Richard has a passion for his work, and it showed in the final result. The receiver works better than ever! “My experience with this place was nice I was tired of renting Redbox movies so I decided to go check out the Ott TV box now that is great I knew nothing about it someone had recommended me to go get one there at a reasonable price and I'm saving lot of money from having to go to Redbox there were no extra fees when I got this box to watch all the movies I want it even has movies that are in theaters now but I recommend that if you go to this place you have some patience he is a very nice man but he is really informational he likes to talk about his product and how it works he will show you how it works he's just trying to be nice he is a OG salesman he even has some really nice TVs for sale so if you're looking for something reasonably priced for any Electronics go there nice people”
