“Had two Playstation 5's fixed by Vista Tronics. One had a bad power supply, which has been fixed and working great. The other is a first manufactured PS5 and was over heating. He went down to the APU and got the oxidation off with new liquid metal. Turn around was fast as well. Definitely recommend.”

“My daughter was down for Thanksgiving and left her phone on top of her car. Well, not noticing, she drove off and as you can imagine, that screen did not survive the impact. Frantic, I called many repair providers and they all went straight to voice mail! Then I called sun cellular. I remember his name today, Ian. Ian for sure heard the stress in my voice as I didn't want my daughter to drive all the way home without a phone; he was so helpful and kind.! He assured me that his tech, Alex, would be there promptly despite it being a holiday. And within 35 minutes of me calling sun cellular, Alex was there. He had my daughters phone fixed in 7 minutes! If you ever need a repair these are the two you want to handle it! Thanks again Alex and Ian!!!”

“Great experience. Owner helped me find a great record system after buying what I thought was a good one from Amazon that gave out almost immediately. He was able to show me a system that was older but higher in quality but a good looking unit too. He recommended the KMH 34 and it sounded much better than the one I got from Amazon. Nice guy and it’s more fun to support local.”

“I brought a vintage piece of gear in for restoration - a Roland Space Echo - I was nervous about it, but, Matthew rebuilt the motor, recapped the whole thing and went through it top to bottom. When it arrived to the shop it was very squeaky with noisy pots and troublesome functionality. When I picked it up, it was perfect. It’s the kind of gear that makes you want to play music. Sure there are plugins that emulate it at a fraction of the cost, but it ain’t quite the same - you’d understand if you heard it!”

“I needed support to get my scan capability on my new HP printer. I was unable to do it as the required drivers were not available. Rachel walked me through the process and then updated my computer, added a new virus software service, downloaded the required drivers and checked everything out. The printer now does everything it is supposed to, my virus software has been updated and I am very pleased with Rachel's work. I am 81 years old, have impaired hearing (use blue-tooth connection for my phone) and Rachel never tired of my asking to repeat anything, gave thorough report of what she was doing and the progress of her efforts. She is an asset to your organization and I will not hesitate to contact her if I need any further help. I seriously doubt that will be necessary though.”

“Nick at the Happy Valley location trouble shot my issue while I waited at the repair location. After 10 minutes I informed him I had to leave. Before leaving he informed me of the steps he would take to repair my phone. He also informed me of the cost depending on what the issue was. It could have been one of three things. He kept my phone and said he would call me back. I recieved a call later that day. I was informed of the repair issue. Nick was very friendly and I appreciate his professionalism. I will continue to use this location in the future.”

“I have a flight simulation setup that I use to supplement my training. My rudder pedals failed completely last month at the USB-C port and I figured that since the company who makes them did not have any in stock at the time, I would have difficulty finding a solution to this problem. I found Sousan's repair shop and decided to give it a try before sending them in for replacement. She is very knowledgeable in electronics and has accumulated decades of skill in repair, and while she told me that it would be difficult to repair as I was dealing with specialty parts, a USB-C port (not easy to replace) and a board that's not in any way normal, that she would take it on and give it a shot anyway. Two weeks later (due only to external shipping issues with the part needed...), my pedals are fixed and fully functional! I would highly suggest her if you need electronics repair”

“Took my old MacBook Pro in to get a new battery. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. They did have a couple of minor issues getting the battery, supplier delays and mix ups, but that’s to be expected with an old MacBook. CPR got the battery and it installed pretty quickly. It’s like a new machine now. Really can’t complain about the customer service.”
