“My daughter was down for Thanksgiving and left her phone on top of her car. Well, not noticing, she drove off and as you can imagine, that screen did not survive the impact. Frantic, I called many repair providers and they all went straight to voice mail! Then I called sun cellular. I remember his name today, Ian. Ian for sure heard the stress in my voice as I didn't want my daughter to drive all the way home without a phone; he was so helpful and kind.! He assured me that his tech, Alex, would be there promptly despite it being a holiday. And within 35 minutes of me calling sun cellular, Alex was there. He had my daughters phone fixed in 7 minutes! If you ever need a repair these are the two you want to handle it! Thanks again Alex and Ian!!!”

“I needed support to get my scan capability on my new HP printer. I was unable to do it as the required drivers were not available. Rachel walked me through the process and then updated my computer, added a new virus software service, downloaded the required drivers and checked everything out. The printer now does everything it is supposed to, my virus software has been updated and I am very pleased with Rachel's work. I am 81 years old, have impaired hearing (use blue-tooth connection for my phone) and Rachel never tired of my asking to repeat anything, gave thorough report of what she was doing and the progress of her efforts. She is an asset to your organization and I will not hesitate to contact her if I need any further help. I seriously doubt that will be necessary though.”

“They fixed the backlight on my Samsung TV. Not too many people out there still fixing TVs. So this is a gem and a rare find. The owner was very nice. My TV was not fixed on the day promised. So, take that into account and everything is manual. Very old school. They are making it happen I had to trust it would work out. ??”

Just a heads up if you need the same device fixed they are not able to test it without the PS5 the portal is connected to.
