This is Chris the owner of Engine reman. I’m sorry to Sarah in the review below. We couldn’t get the heads for her truck in the timeframe she needed. However, we do have them now and can help you anytime you want to bring the truck in.As far as the review below him that’s not a customer of ours most likely it’s one of our competitors. We do 200 installations a year and we have a 98% success rate. Please come in and meet us. Thanks Christopher Stanton.

We did business with Chris under a different business name. Copperstate Customs, when I searched this business I couldn't find anything, after a reverse directory search with his phone number I came up with an address and when I search that address I came up with many business names including this one which I found many negative reviews. Our entire journey was a mess and without going into a lot of detail I will say that we did get a refund on our rebuilt engine that was rebuilt with crap. Seems the business that did the work was ajj machine services and when we called them they were evasive also. Just a negative experience I wouldn't recommend using any of these folks. Should be illegal

DO NOT do business with Chris from Engine Reman. He is NOT a mechanic, he is a broker who sells jobs to other mechanics. He had our vehicle for 7 months. When we finally got it back it broke down with less than 400 miles due to faulty engine (the one he had rebuilt). He said he would honor the warranty and took the car back in July. Currently, he will not answer our texts or calls and we still do not have the vehicle. See have now been without a vehicle for a year due to his poor business practices. Who knows when/how we will get it back if ever.

Engine blew and left us stranded on the highway from Payson after driving it for 550 miles. Chris refuses to replace it and gave us the run around when we attempted to follow up on his warranty. We had the truck towed to his shop he claims to have but he gave us the excuse that all his techs were busy and he was unable to get it fixed right away. Stay away from this guy. He is an engine broker not an actual mechanic nor an auto shop owner. We found out our truck was fixed by some random shop. We notified Chris multiple times that the engine was making noises and power loss occurred after it went into limp mode. We were unable to drive it for weeks until he finally had it towed. This was his second attempt to "fix" the issue, and now it is not drivable and collecting dust.

I would never recommend these guys to anyone. I had them put a so call a rebuilt engine in my 2008 chevy silverado, an when I did my first oil change I found chunks of metal in oil an I told then about it an was told that was normal. So I told them I've rebuilt older engines before an if there's any chunk of metal in pan that a sign of something bad going to happen with engine. An also the truck had no power. I spend over 5000 dollars with this shop an still never fix the problem an just told me nothing wrong with the truck. I dropped off the truck back in July an took them half a year to put in a engine. So I'm not even going to bother giving them a star, bad customer service an I don't think they know what there doing.

My son called around for an engine rebuild and they were the cheapest, so he went with them. BAD decision. He called them and was told it would be at least 3 weeks. It was not done in that allotted time. They never called to discuss repairs or what it may need in addition, they just fixed it without authorization from my son. The main contact, Chris, always had an excuse for why it wasn't ready when promised, so I went to their shop. It looked like a used car lot, tons of dust on at least 20 cars. I got a little feisty with them, so that's when they said Chris would call me. He did and blew a lot of smoke and then abruptly hung up on me. They had the truck for 10 weeks with no word from them unless you called to find out the status. Only had it a few days, so not sure the outcome. BUT RELIABLE AND HONEST, THEY ARE NOT!

Chris and the crew do great work with low prices. We had our Hummer engine rebuilt with no issues. Thanks for breathing new life into an older truck that was not ready for the junk yard.
