Awful experience after another, and I gave you chance after chance before writing this . Each time I call this store they place you on hold and never come back I’ve waited 45 mins on hold without even an acknowledgment . How do you run a business if you don’t have someone answering the phone??? Then I found out today, when I called another Eyeglass location, my daughter’s glasses didn’t have insurance when I asked for it to be added as she is a child!!! She bent her glasses and they said they couldn’t fix them . Then they broke and now she can’t get new glasses. The glasses seem cheap and their contacts are overpriced. Don’t go to this Optometrist either. The doctor is condescending when speaking to younger children and woman. Feels like he’s talking down to you. DON’T GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run!

The staff was prompt , helpful and accommodating to a special request I had. My Wife and I will be getting our next pair of spectacles there again. The cost is less then our previous place.

Rita and the entire staff are amazing!!! They can have my business forever!!! Plus, the doctor who checked my eyes shared lots of laughter with me! Can't wait to go back there!

Had an amazing experience this morning! Rita and helping staff were unbelievably helpful getting my daughter fitted perfectly for her first pair of glasses! I’d recommend getting all of your glasses needs done here! 10/10 experience! So grateful for them!

took my husband to eyeglass world, had a great experience there. His Dr was awesome, staff out front were so polite and made you feel comfortable and appreciated. i’m going to go get my glasses here, AND i recommend them to Anyone looking for glasses!! and YES my husband got TWO pair in SAME Day!!

Oh my gosh, Angie was so fun and amazingly patient as we had to call several several places back in my home state to find out which place had my latest prescription and she was also wonderfully fun in helping me pick out glasses. The whole experience was fantastic!

They don't tell you what will disqualify you for same day production until after your exam. I'm 6 days in with no glasses

I had such a great experience getting my glasses with Rita at Eyeglass World! She was friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me find the perfect frames that fit both my style and comfort. She explained everything clearly, made the whole process stress-free, and even made me feel confident in my choice. I left feeling well taken care of and excited to wear my new glasses.
