This is my Go To! All the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I go there for everything I need, it’s in a very convenient location. The store is organized and well maintained. I’d have to say that Bradley is my favorite employee, he always greets me with a smile. I feel like this store should be a model for every other Family Dollar. Great job guys!

When the homeless person in front of their door confronted me and argued with me because I wouldn't give him money, they refuse to make him leave. They were on a first-name basis with him and seemingly allowed him to use their storefront as his location regularly for trying to get people to give him money. I was only there on an errand for work, and there is a competitor half a mile away. I won't bother coming back.

I been here a couple time, but Wednesday 7/26 @ 10:30 was my last time! I came to get medicine for my baby that’s it but I also was on the speakerphone phone deal with an emergency on. The medicine aisle is directly in front of the register. As I am not multi tasking (no reason why) This employee that had no name tag was watching me the whole time which I thought was fine bc she was restocking the same aisle when I walked in, two mins in came up in front of me and said “ I need to take that up front” I’m like what this medicine ? She said “yes) I’m like you think I’m going to steal it? She said “yes” I’m like do I look homeless ! She asked “if I was finish shopping “ so I got off the phone and walk my 1 item up front !The moral of the story is you can’t treat every customer! A paying customer like every customer! I’m sure the location Bring allot of theft but don’t run the good Customer away! Bc now I’ll be going to a different family dollar !

If I could give zero stars I would after standing in line for about 10 min when I get to the front the rep rings up mi items they were nit coming up as the posted price. They were all posted at 1 dollar she went to check the prices and saw that they were a dollar and instead of changing the price to what it was posted as she stated that they would have to stay the price they were running up as. If that was the case then why would she go and check the price, make that make sense. Will never return
