Pretty standard famous footwear. Store was relatively clean and not too cluttered. Prices on shoes are pretty reasonable compared to most stores.

Very helpful NOT! Asked for help to get the proper size. Was given the tool for checking shoe size and the person that gave it to me just walked away. Tool was missing parts. When I tried to get a good one they told me it was the only one they had. Go anywhere else. They don't care about the customers.

We went to the movies but found this store on our way out through the mall. There were a number of employees offering their assistance as we were shopping, they were knowledgeable of what and where to find what we needed. Famous Footwear has a wide variety of inventory in store. We each found a pair that our comfortable, fit our needs and are cost friendly.
