Pushy service, overpriced compared to other shops, and the cash register hasn't worked the last two times I was in. Wouldn't recommend.

We had a great experiance shopping here! Brynne explained some of the different toy materials and compared the caretaking and benefits of each. She walked me through the different lubes and what ingredients benefit in which ways she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. As an member of the LGBTQ in Arizona I get nervous going into adult stores but brynne made the experience really great and I will he back. After my next paycheck I'll be back for the lingerie she showed me ?

Just moved to Glendale from Mesa not long ago, figured I'd check out this location since it's not far from my house, and I was pleasantly surprised! I've been to a Fascinations before a couple years back, and it wasn't nearly as well-met as this one. The ladies working there were so nice, helped me out with some lingerie/a couple bras, advising me on how they tend to fit, and they let me try some on in the fitting rooms just to be sure. Left with a few new bras, and a new toy to try out lmao! The store was well organized, clean, the atmosphere was welcoming...Definitely coming back to this one.

This new store manager is great. I stopped coming for a bit because the guy that worked there before was weird. Staff is friendly, store is neat, and was so helpful while I looked for a costume. I'm happy.
