Had our signs installed and I just wanted to say we are so happy with the results! I think the installer's name was LJ and he was great! He was very knowledgeable and had a great eye for detail. The install was very quick as well. Jodi the account manager was wonderful! I was happy with the communication and professionalism from everyone. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get Latex vinyl decals for store fronts.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a sign company. I reached out for a quote and waited an entire month—without ever receiving one. When I finally called to follow up, the owner was rude, defensive, and blamed me for not confirming a final design, even though I was still waiting on her for the quote in the first place! She then had the audacity to suggest charging me for her “time.” If this is how long it takes just to get a quote, I can’t imagine how long it would take to actually get the sign made and installed. Completely unprofessional, zero communication, and no regard for customer service. Probably pays for those 4.7/5.0 Google Reviews, because there’s no way my experience was a one-off. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

They were tremendous in a really fast turnaround I needed for an out of town sale, highly communicative, made sure they were designing and delivering exactly what I needed, and the signs were beautiful and if great quality!!!! They will be my go to for all the signs I need in the future!!!

I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from Fast Signs. The lack of communication throughout the process was unacceptable. From the beginning, it was a mess. After paying the deposit on 4/24 with signed documents from me and the Landlord approval, they did not notify me of additional documentation needed until May 7. They conveniently forgot to pay for the permit causing 4 week delay, and then blamed the City because the City didn't notify them that they needed to pay. What??? They charge $450 for obtaining the permit on your behalf and they need to be notified that they are supposed to pay? After the sign was installed, I was left hanging for over three months with no updates and no response to emails inquiring about status. Job completed Nov. 8 when it passed final inspection.
What’s even worse is the complete lack of accountability. Rather than taking responsibility for their part in the delays, they consistently deflected blame to the City of Phoenix. The cherry on top? They tried to collect the final payment before the job was even complete, which speaks volumes about their lack of integrity.
If you're looking for a company that values its customers, communicates effectively, and operates with honesty, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.
