The driver lied and did not even attempts to deliver my life saving Medical Alert Device ! Instead they told the fed ex home base that their was no one home and they could not leave it !!!! Sad part is this is the delivery service from Federal Express these days ! By allowing there drivers to pick and choose what packages they want ! Even though this package happens to buy life saving Alert ! I hope the driver had no parent that needs a life saving device ! And has a delivery that just says ! LET THEM DIE !!!!!!
