Kathy was patient with me and offered information to me after multiple questions. I’m working on a big international order and she was fantastic. She printed out everything I needed and went above and beyond. Also please note that I am autistic so despite repeating over words or being super tedious …she was patient and kind. Thankyou Kathy.

Tim was so rude, sassy condescending I’d rather drive 8 miles to the other location than deal with him again. Alvie was so helpful but Tim was rude to me and rude to his coworkers

Extremely unpleasant visit the manager kept an eye on us since we walked in and when we were being helped she came up to her employee and wrote something on a piece of paper next to her so her employee can read it and im sure it was about us, made it so freaken obvious she thought she was slick and after that she ripped it walked away and kept an eye on us made us feel so uncomfortable.

The employees here are racist. If your white the help you and treat you real nice if your any other color you already know the treatment to expect. Funny looks and a bad attitude and no service like if we live in the 1930s or something.

People working here are useless. Soon as I walked in ready to ship my work supplies (on the day of my flight). Tim was the bearer of bad news. First, he couldn’t locate my business account/discount. I was on the phone with FedEx earlier in the week to have it ready for shipment. I had my account number and login info.
My discount wasn’t found or could be applied. I called FedEx to ask for help. Weekend hours so I was lucky to get a human on the phone.
Rep suggested I pay full price and later sort it out with the Revenue Dept (get credited later). Just to attach my shipment to my account number. I come back to the counter to tell Tim, he says he can’t attach it to my account. He has no way of doing that. Well what the hell CAN YOU DO?!?!?!
He suggested I go to a different FedEx location. Ummm ? I came here in a Lyft. This is the closest one to me.
I asked Tim if I could leave my boxes here until Monday so I could sort things out with Revenue Dept about my business account, he said no. If I were to get it picked up, I would need to have the label on the boxes and ready to go.
Did I mention I am leaving on a flight and FedEx told me everything was ready?!?!?!?!?!?! So frustrating and workers love to be the bearer of bad news like damn y’all don’t wanna help people. This is why robots are taking over jobs. Oh I forgot. I got here in a Lyft! Waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When it came to shipping my bike, ? I was told they didn’t have any tools here to disassemble the bike. Not surprised!!! Y’all don’t got ANYTHING here!!! I was really looking forward to this being a pleasant, easy and affordable experience for my business. I was better off dealing with a robot than a human.
I asked about the tools needed, I was told it wasn’t as easy as I thought. Need special tools blah blah blah. ? Just say you’re good for nothing and love to put people in bad moods.
Never coming back here.

I literally just picked up a photo “poster” from this shop and I am so grateful I’m posting a review now. I wanted a photo collage printed for my Nana’s funeral and after I emailed them my digital copy I realized that I didn’t include her name or birthday / day of passing. The women at the front created a banner around the collage and it looks absolutely beautiful. I even cried at the counter when I picked it up just now I hope no one else I know dies soon but when they do I’ll get my collage printed at this fedex.
