Had a hard time locating a tire, but after 5 hours and two locations, everything was completed, thanks to the two stores! Jim

Well, I had to take it back because something was missing. On the way I broke down and was towed to the firestone close to my house. The guys said that my serpentine belt was loose and the wires hadn't been placed back on my alternator thus causing total shut down of my car.

I been to many Firestone locations and by far the one on Luke Air Force Base has been my preferred location. However, this past Sunday I had an appointment and took time off to get my company vehicle oil change. I really had a bad experience with Manager, Preston who was unable to answer my questions or help me get my oil change. Disappointed in his work ethic as a manager. I waited over 45 minutes to just be told I can’t have my vehicle oil change done. I appreciate Jordan who was able to give me a better understanding on the why I was unable to get it done and to please return on Wednesday so the maintenance manager could help.

I had my oil changed here and shortly after the oil change the engine seized up due to the oil filter being loose and leaking out over the course of 100 miles or so. I had the vehicle towed to them afterward and they did an “investigation” which determined that the engine seized due to sludge build up. Not the fact that the thing that happens when an engine has no oil happened after their performed bad maintenance. They deemed themselves not liable for the loss so I came out of pocket for an engine replacement. The vehicle had less than 100k miles and had regular oil changes throughout its lifetime. This store is a hazard to airmen and should not be trusted

My wife took my car for a loose cover underneath the car and explained to the individuals at the counter. They still charged for an inspection fee, parts and labor for over $100 for something so minor. On top of that my battery was dead when picking up my vehicle, after recently changing it.

Would never take a vehicle here again. Had to call both times to see if it was done. Employee was a young kid and had zero customer service. Left white grease all over my newly cleaned truck and wheels. When asked why he didnt reach out when vehicle was done he shrugged his shoulders saying I dunno. Rather than apologizing for the length of time it took and lack of communication. I then asked for his managers information and he just pointed to his business card which rings into the store. I realized at that point the manager obviously never deals with his store correctly or he wouldn't have employees like that working there.
I would never advise anyone to use this location. I was using it out of convenience of being here on base during a stay at the RV park. Will be reaching out to manager today about employee. Horrible customer service by the young kid.

After keeping my truck for a night, called a very large leak condensation. They gave me a list of things wrong other than the leak. After I pointed it out the next day, they realized how hard it was to miss the pooling of water under the truck.
920$ to replace a hose. They had to take off the intake so not the easiest job, but I was unable to explore other options since I couldn’t drive it to another mechanic.
The next day, the hose was fixed, but they tried to give the truck back with a new obviously loud air leak they caused. Luckily I’d already paid, so they didn’t charge me for that, but they had to keep it another night.
I understand what it’s like working in this heat But It’s unfair how expensive car maintenance is for lower ranking Airmen on base. However, my complaint isn’t all about the price of labor. I felt like the crew at Firestone wasn’t paying attention to my vehicle and I felt trapped being on base with no other option. Will not return unless I have to.

Overcharged $1000+ for them to not have the job completely done after checking out. Last time I go to Firestone on Luke AFB. I had to tell them my coolant reservoir was empty after I paid and was told I’m all set.

Great reception and experience. My concerns were heard and addressed. They keep you informed of everything that is being done. They really look out for you and your vehicle. They give you the best deals possible. This team at Luke AFB really goes above and beyond.

Beware! Check your car after service by this shop! Inspected my vehicle after oil change service, surprised to find out old oil filter still in place! Shop did not replaced my old oil filter with a new filter but the receipt says it was replaced. Charged me with s new oil filter! Not happy with their service! Untrustworthy techs working here, need fired!

Showed up to get my TPMS sensors calibrated. It was done so fast I came back to get some tires I needed dismounted. Ryan was great and assured me everything would be done and in a timely manner. Great service! Will be returning for their lifetime alignments.

I had alignment and oil change completed at Luke AFB Firestone location on a Tuesday, I drove a short way home but next day on the highway noticed the oil light came on. I called the store and manager said probably hadn’t been reset so not to worry just bring in and they would reset. When I got home neighbor checked and oil was very low, I took it to a closer Firestone and it was very low and put in over a quart and half more oil. No leaks. While I understand humans make mistakes this could have been a very costly mistake and while the manager offered to refund me the cost of the oil change it doesn’t account for the time I had to waste, the appointment at the VA I had to reschedule or the stress it caused. I have been a loyal customer for many years of Firestone particularly the Luke AFB location, I am now distrustful of them, did they just short me with the oil, or did they even do an oil change, Firestone needs better Checks and balances in place. I will not be returning to Firestone and will no longer be recommending them as I once did. I did take a photo of my oil dipstick so as you can see oil was very low
