Jon supervisor/manager at this location is absolutely amazing! I purchased diapers from a different location when I opened them realized they were made incorrectly, making them nonfunctional. I called over 20 times to the location I originally purchased from and was treated horribly and hung up on. I called explained I don't have a receipt I paid cash and no longer have the box (as I didn't intend to have to exchange) Jon said come on down with the diapers and we will exchange them for you. He called it pleasing the customer. Hands down this man turned my whole mood around because he was willing to help, since the other location 59th ave and bell is a joke and has incredibly rude unhelpful customer service /employees. THANK YOU JON!

Theresa really went out of her way today to make what should have been an easy, no brainer return, the most horrific experience that I have ever had at a Walmart. Two nights ago, my family & I were vacationing in Payson, where we purchased a good amount of items from a Walmart up there.Today, I decided to return a small number of the toiletries that we did not use & a cosmetic that I did use & did not care for.It should have been simple, the items were purchased at a Walmart in the same state, only two days ago & I had the receipt. I even had the original packaging. It couldn't have been easier.Theresa was beyond unpleasant from the very start of the transaction & apparently took tremendous offense at my return. She didn't even greet me & tried to refuse the transaction altogether. It made zero sense to me. It was only when I suggested that a manager might be able to help me, that she slowly & with great reluctance, began to process my return.I was absolutely bewildered by her over the top unpleasantness & unprofessionalism. She finally shared with me what was so problematic for her.I had purchased the items at a regular Walmart & was now trying to return them at a Neighborhood Walmart. She said that they may very well not sell the cosmetic item & if that were the case, where were they supposed to hang it in their store? She was giving me this much grief for a "maybe it might be a problem" because "maybe they don't have a designated peg for it?"Absolutely ridiculous.Right off the bat, I thought silently to myself that they could certainly throw a peg up with a price, or even easier, throw it on one of their several clearance racks throughout the store. There were certainly piles of miscellaneous items on them, what was the harm in adding one more item? But easiest yet & what was absolutely going to happen, I did share with her.I advised that it was now a used cosmetic & that she was not going to need to hang it anywhere, as it would no longer be sellable.Unless of course, her Walmart resold used cosmetics? Her face contorted even more grimly & she did not respond to me, or bother to say another word after that, which was really just fine by me at that point. In the end, I told her that I was so very sorry that my relatively easy return had enraged her so much & that I had been such a significant source of trauma to her.I didn't say the latter, but I did say the former. I didn't want her to completely lose it as she was so clearly almost there already. That is when she responded that she was not enraged, she was merely advising me of how things were at their store.Sure thing Theresa, whatever you say. Advising...right.I just think that the whole thing was really over the top for an item that we both knew would end up in either the dumpster or in a "Damages" bin that would be sent wherever via 18 Wheeler.Right next to that mouthwash that I also tried, didn't like & returned today.Interestingly, she didn't get all twisted over that...

If I could give negative stars I WOULD!! The workers in this place know nothing about customer service. Went in there to get some groceries and was looking on the app at things I needed and I saw some envelopes for a certain price and they wanted more than what the app said! They refused to price match and when I said "that's fing dumb, scan them because I need them" they told me to leave. They don't know how to handle any type of situation and most of those workers should not be interacting with customers. Never again will I do business at Walmart, I rather spend the little extra at Fry's and know that I'll get good customer service no matter what. And their prices on their app actually match the store prices.

Though I'm fairly satisfied with the store overall, they need to hire more cashiers and open more than one line when people are standing knee deep in full carts, waiting to check out. That's a direct reflection on management though. Most recently I saw about 8 employees stocking shelves and whatnot, while a line to check out grew longer and longer. Pull some of those people off of stocking to open up a register. Common sense.

Came on a chips run and they did not disappoint! Walked out with hot Cheetos puffs, Rancheritos, cheddar and sour cream Lays, and Ruffles. I also grabbed a few other items we were needing- coffee, gluten free gravy mix, M&M's- it's fall break this week so I knew my sister would be wanting all the treats! We went through the self checkout and the lines moved fast. Quick and productive stop!

They have racist cashiers such as Teresa who works if you need powerball tickets or cigarettes who asked my mom if she knew how to speak english today because clearly $5 worth of powerball was too much for her to comprehend despite my mom who spoke in english the whole time and the so called manager was neither helpful.
