Fossil store in Glendale Westgate must be desperate for sales. I went to get my battery replaced on my watch. Normally it is customerly to be replaced for free. I was charged $25+tax for a replacement battery. So sad 😢

A great store for buying watches as well as high quality genuine leather wallets and bags. I buy a lot of watches here and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection and these watches make great gifts for anyone on your list.

I drove from Prescott down to Glendale, I brought my Fossil watch because once again it has stopped working. I stopped into the store at the Tanger Outlets and it was pretty busy because of Christmas time coming up but they took my watch back to get looked at. The lady who had taken my watch from me said it was most likely the battery as they do need to be replaced often. So I waited about 10 minutes while they "worked" on the watch. That same lady then brought me my watch and told me that they can not fix it. I'm pretty sure this was the same lady who had helped me a few months ago replace the battery on this same watch. She said that I had messed with the back casing of the watch and because of that they could not get the casing off to replace the battery. Without knowing any history of the watch, she said that it was I who had broken the watch. She then offered to sell me another watch. I told her I would not be tricked into buying another watch because this one was a replacement. Here's the thing, the only person who has touched this watch to replace the battery is whoever was working at this store the last time I had brought it in to get the battery replaced. So it would have been that person that put that back casing on the wrong way, not me. Here's the other thing, this is my second Fossil watch in less than 2 years because the previous watch would not start working again after they replaced the battery. My 3rd visit in all. So they told me because that first watch couldn't be fixed that they would replace it if I had the receipt, I didn't. So they gave me I think 50% off of a replacement watch. So both watches didn't last 9 months once the battery was dead. I happened to bring the receipt to the second watch with me this time but they wouldn't help me because they said I was the one that had broken it. What's funny is I'm someone who can fix just about anything you put in my hands but I've never touched these watches because Fossil replaces the battery for free at the store. So there's no reason for me to take the casing off or mess with the watch for any reason. These watches are cheap so it's not worth buying a battery with my own money and then take the watch apart to replace it. This bad install is 100% on them and it's insulting that they blame me because as someone who can fix anything, I wouldn't have broken it in the first place if I had taken it apart. There will not be a 3rd Fossil watch in my future. Batteries that don't last and watches that don't last on top of blindly blaming me for their bad work.

Customer service needs improvement. They put the wrong item in the bag at checkout. It was wrapped, thought it was the same product but unopened. Hours after running my other errands and easing down at home, I finally opened it. My treat to myself had other designs on it. I called the store of their error and not one "we apologize for the inconvenience". Has this what customer service has come down to? I had the inconvenience to go back and get the right product. Again, not one apology or remorse. It's not hard, guys. Stick to shopping online.

A small outlet but cycles through many varieties and styles regularly. It offers affordable watches as well as high end ones. Usually offers discounts for multiple purchases too. They also carry various other branded watches such as Diesel and Armani Exchange with fossil movements so there is a variety of aesthetics to choose from.

Absolute junk now and customer service is sub par. Save yourself a headache and buy another brand. I have an LG smart watch that is several years old and still works. The fossil smart watch I bought just over a year ago Powers off on it's own when there is still 80'ish percent battery life left on it and they won't make it right. You have been warned
